Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just built in the Spring of 2025, this new house offers a perfect location near beaches, a golf course, and nature trails, all while being tucked away in peaceful Rotonda West, next to a Nature Preserve. A spacious lanai overlooks the preserve and has outstanding sunrise views. The house is located just 14-20 minutes away from the beaches (Manasota Key, Middle Beach, or Boca Grande - our favorite). We are also just 25 minutes away from the famous Warm Mineral Springs. This charming property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 twin beds, two twin bunk beds, a queen bed, and a king bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi, AC, and washing and drying machines during your stay. A garage is made into a game room. Lanai has a grill, games, and a sitting area. Experience what Rotonda West has to offer while staying at our house.
