Perfect home.

This was the perfect house for our vacation stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable (especially the beds). The owner was very prompt with responding to all questions and needs! We highly recommend this home!

Our stay at this lovely home was truly fantastic. The house was immaculate, well‑equipped, and comfortable. All three bedrooms were very spacious with generous closet space. The pool was warm and relaxing, and the owners were wonderful to communicate with. Their welcome book was a thoughtful touch, offering plenty of ideas for dining, activities, and exploring the area. We visited the nearby park daily for walks, and the lanai and pool area provided the perfect peaceful retreat to unwind.

We had a great stay at Villa Philippa. Beautiful home well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. Host Varena was terrific and provided local information and recommendations. Can't wait to return.

Amazing modern home with pool

The interior of the home is very modern with beautiful bedrooms, showers, kitchen with a very nice pool and sitting area. The house provided everything you would need for a week long visit to include beach items, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, etc. A very nice laundry room and spacious garage. The master bedroom is very nice with two separate counter sinks and a huge walk in shower. The hostess was very helpful when questions arose.

Tolle Villa in Rotonda

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Philippa. Die Villa war super ausgestattet, die Lage war perfekt um die tollen Stände in der Nähe zu erreichen und Verne und Dieter waren jederzeit erreichbar.

its quiet with a amazing nature and wildlife. You can see ospreys, difficult birds, squirrels, turtles and if you are lucky sometimes a small alligator in the canal.

all pictures painted by myself, it gives all rooms a unique dimension. Everything is cozy, with much of love.
