A quick three block walk to the Lake for beachfront summer activities of swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding or even a quick round of golf at the Historic Old Brockway Golf Course followed by lunch or happy hour at Spindleshanks Restaurant. In the winter months, enjoy skiing at Incline Village or Northstar Ski Resorts (about 10 minutes away) with a crosscountry center, snow tubing park, ice skating, restaurants, bars, shops and rentals. For the hiking enthusiast, Picnic Rock at the Brockway Summit is a local, scenic gem.

We really would love to see what it looks like in winter. The owner was sweet, and answered all all of our questions. Cozy comfortable house in the woods, very close to Lake Tahoe. Good proximity to the house where the rest of our family was staying for Christmas. Loved the keyless entry and updated bright bathrooms. Owners were very accessible to answer questions, and patiently walked us through using the TV!

Great location in King’s Beach

On top of being very clean and spacious, the unit is coveniently located close to all the action in King’s Beach. Everything you could need or want to see is only a short walk away. April was a great host, providing easy check in and very communicative and flexible. Highly recommend this spot anyone wanting to see the best of Tahoe.
