The villa is located 3 km from the ocean and Armação de Pêra. The location is very quiet with a view of the countryside and a private pool, all set in 7,000 m² of lush greenery.

The turquoise swimming pool is large (4.5m x 8.5m, depth: 1.1m to 2m) and the surrounding area is very pleasant. A safety barrier with three-point safety handle doors protects access for small children.

Ideal for families and nature and sports enthusiasts, this property is located in the countryside but close to all amenities, restaurants, and the ocean.

The villa has three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, and two bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning, internet, Wi-Fi, and television.

The exterior is a true relaxation area with a garden, barbecue, swimming pool, and terrace. An electric gate and metal fence completely enclose the property.

The rental price includes a cleaning fee for the villa and its outdoor space after your stay. An additional fee may be charged to undesirable guests in the rare cases where the cleaning fee is unfortunately insufficient. There is no additional cleaning included during your stay, but it is possible to arrange this directly with the cleaning company.

Great location

Nice house in a lovely, quiet location but close to nearby towns and amenities. Beaches are only 10 minutes away in the car. The house is well equip, with a lovely pool and great views.The property manager, Carlos Miguel, was very helpful.The WiFi could be intermittent. Overall we had a great holiday and I recommend the property.

The villa was perfect for us, it has everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is really comfortable, which is important.The area is very quiet, yet only a couple of minutes drive from the supermarket and only 10 from restaurants and bars.The villa was spotless. We will be coming back!

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. We planned lots of days out, as the villa is so well located, however, our boys always wanted to stay and play in the pool all day. But do find some time to explore the local coast and boardwalks......very relaxing 😌. Well done to André and his team 👏 👍

Good location

Villa is conveniently located near major roads, so getting around Algarve by car from there is easy. Yet the location is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy the nature sounds. The place has a big, clean pool and plenty of space around the house. The house itself is spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is sufficient, although placed only in two places in the house. There are some drawbacks, like a lack of bug screens in windows, the smell of mold in bedrooms, and poor Internet connectivity. Still, overall, it is an excellent place for the summer holidays if you are looking for a quiet place with a great pool and a good location for getting around southern Portugal by car.

Peaceful villa

The villa is located in a very quiet area just outside of Alcantarilha, just a few minutes from shops and town but far enough away that you don’t hear anything whilst lying by the pool. Inside is well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. The main attraction is the pool area, again very clean, the pool is a good size for swimming laps and there are ample beds for sunbathing. We only used the double bed so can’t speak of the others, but the bed was comfortable and large enough that you feel like you’re on your own. We weren’t expecting having to put toilet paper in the bins in the bathrooms, probably because we’re British, this is explained by the owner as being due to paper blocking the septic tank, which really didn’t turn out to be much of a chore. A couple of minor negatives, there wasn’t enough toilet paper to last us the entire stay and there weren’t any dishwasher tablets despite the inventory saying that there should be. We didn’t mind going to the shops and buying some sp not a big deal. If that’s all we’ve got to complain about then it’s not bad at all!

Die Villa liegt herrlich ruhig etwas außerhalb von Alcantarilha. Zum Strand und zu den nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr sauber.Der Poolbereich ist das Highlight. Er ist gepflegt und groß genug zum Schwimmen. Liegen sind reichlich vorhanden.Der Kontakt mit Carlos und Andre war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus und Pool in ruhiger Lage und mit hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung für sämtliche Aktivitä

Tolles Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Von dort aus ist an der Algarve alles problemlos erreichbar, da die Lage des Hauses sehr gut ist und auch Autobahnanbindung hat - auch ein Tagestripp nach Lissabon ist problemlos möglich. Tolle Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche Strände ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Magnifique et très calme

La villa est idéalement située, au calme, avec une rapidité d'accès à tous les services en quelques minutes de voiture (plages, magasins, marché, loisirs...). Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie excellente. Petit reproche tout de même: le mobilier et la décoration IKEA mais le reste est tellement agréable que cela devient anecdotique. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et réactif. Tout a été conforme à ce que nous attendions et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.
