This remodeled 1770 sq foot condo has full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and family room on main floor. Second floor has king bed in master, BR#2-2 twins, and BR#3-2 full beds in loft. Sofa sleeper in family room. A private Washer and Dryer is provided in Condo for your convenience.

You can't beat this Park City location on the 18th hole of the Park City golf course! You can easily walk to Park City ski resort, step out the back door and cross country ski, walk to full-service supermarket, ski/board rental shops, movie theaters, great restaurants, drug store, Starbucks, Cold Stone ice cream or fast food. Free bus/shuttle stop is steps away to go anywhere in Park City including historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons ski areas or the outlet stores in Kimball Junction. HD TV and High Speed internet access is also provided for your convenience.

Two outdoor hot tubs are available with the nearby club house swimming pool approximately 50 yards away! There are 2 parking spaces available, one covered and additional parking within 20 yards, if needed. Upon booking, a written Rental Agreement and Confirmation of Booking will be provided.

Cancellation policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

The condo was exactly like the photos, In a great location to access Park City Mountain and had everything we needed! Mark was a great host! Very communicative and was so responsive! The door lock failed on us and he was there the next am with a locksmith. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mark!

Best Vacation Ever Said the Teenager

Wonderful trip. Spacious townhome, close to pool and hot tub, walking distance to First Time and Payday lifts. The mud room was clutch. Will definitely book this place again if possible. Traveled with grandparent and child. There was something for everyone, skiing or not.

Wonderful property and host

This was the perfect condo for a family ski trip -- clean, comfortable, convenient. The property is located minutes from the base of Park City Mountain with the ability to pretty much ski back at the end of the day, and walkable to grocery store and pharmacy. We especially loved the dedicated parking spaces, spacious mud room to store ski gear, and in-unit washer/dryer. Mark is an exceptional host, kind, accommodating, and highly responsive to our needs. We would absolutely love to stay here again next time. Thanks Mark!

Spacious, clean, and convenient

Property has a great location, one shuttle stop from the base of PCMR and an easy walk down the hill at night. Grocery store is right across the street. This is a really spacious condo, with a loft-like additional bedroom. There is a big entry area where you can leave your ski boots and ski wear. Property was clean, furnishings were nice, and we enjoyed the view. Host was great with communication and made us feel welcome.

Great Start to 2025

My family of four returned to PC for our 4th visit at New Year's to welcome 2025. We are smitten with staying at Park Ave Condos owing to their design, location, and friendly owners. Mark is very hospitable allowing for early arrival and late departure without our even asking. The bathrooms and kitchen are fully updated along with the bulk of the lower floor's flooring and cabinets. When we next return with 4 or more to ski at PCMR or DV, we'll look for Mark's unit among our top choices.

The host started by contacting me a few weeks in advance asking if I had any questions or if he can help with any details prior to stay. I have never been contacted by a host a few weeks in advance who was so proactive about ensuring our satisfaction during our stay. The condo was in a perfect location with easy access to slopes, grocery store and bus transit. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen worked perfectly for making family dinners. Mark was always attentive and responsive to every detail and request. I highly recommend this property and this superb host.

Great, spotless clean, roomy, well-appointed condo close to everything that is Park City. The condo is better than what the pictures convey. Two minute walk to Park City bus stop. Grab the shuttle to and from ski lifts, and everything else, or walk, because walking to many amenities from this condo is doable. Great, responsive host. I will be back. JG

Highly recommend!

Great property, walkable to Park City mountain base. Bus stop is right outside the complex for easy access to Main Street and the mountain base. The complex has two large hot tubs and a heated pool just across the from the condo. The condo itself has a large mudroom for storing skis, boots, etc.; cozy living room with fireplace; spacious kitchen. Bedrooms are all upstairs, with master having en-suite bathroom. 2nd bathroom is located in between the other two bedrooms and has door separating shower/toilet from sink. Loft bedroom has a great mountain view. A half-bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen. Mark was a great host; very friendly and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be checking availability next time I'm going to be in Park City!

Our best condo ever in Park City!!

After visiting Park City annually for the past 10 years, this is without a doubt the best condo we have rented!! First off, the owners of the unit are very responsive and caring. Every detail was attended to. The layout is great, especially the nice kitchen next to the den overlooking the golf course. My entire family are skiers so getting to the lifts is important to us. You can take a 5-10 minute walk, ride the free town bus or drive to the parking lot next to the lifts. It's painless to stay here and ski each day. The supermarket, A Fresh Market, is directly across the street and if you don't want to walk that far, just call The Grocery Girls and they will shop/deliver for you. The unit is just as it is described with very nice amenities and decor. We have had a disaster or two with other units on VRBO, but the owner of this one is great! You won't go wrong.

Delightful!

We had a fabulous week at this super spot - easy access to mountain and town, well equipped and very clean condo. Their mud room is a huge assist in keeping skis and boots organized. We loved relaxing by the fire post skiing and enjoying meals together. Owner Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative. We hope to make this an annual!

The house was an easy walk to PC base, the mud room is fantastic, and Mark was very communicative and responsive....like when the smoke alarm began chirping he changed the battery while we were on the mountain.

Great ski property

This is a nice condo perfect for 2 families, spacious well equipped kitchen . Easy 3 minute bus ride to the mountain . Nice community pool and hot tub. Only slight issue was the shower was bordering on Luke warm rather than hot.

Comfort and Convenience

This condo has it all. It's very clean, comfortable, can accommodate families or 2-3 couples, and is steps away from the heated pool and 2 large hot tubs. You can walk to the slopes or take the bus, which stops right outside the complex. The local bus is free and very convenient, no car needed. Fresh Market grocery, Walgreens and Starbucks are across the street. This location is hard to beat. Mark is very easy to communicate with and accommodating...an all around great host. It's the perfect home away from home.

Excellent place for families with access to everything

We stayed a week for skiing in park city and this place was excellent. We had 4 kids so lugging along equipment is always tricky. Luckily this place is close to the base of the one of the easy runs so we could walk or take a free shuttle. Definitely able to avoid most of the heavy traffic and made getting in and out awesome. The place itself was beautiful. Kids really enjoyed their bed room at the top floor. Would rent again for sure.

Perfect location for our family of five in park city

We took our first tip to Park City and decided to stay in this super cute townhome. The property was just as it was advertised with 3 bedrooms, 1 master with king bed with en suite bathroom, a loft type bedroom with two full size beds and a room with two twins. There is a bathroom shared by the two rooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There is a wonderful space downstairs for watching TV and a fully equipped kitchen (even had spices!!). The owner (Mark) was available before and during our stay if we needed him. The location is amazing - it is less than a mile from a grocery, Starbucks and the little adventure park. It is almost equidistant from Main Street and the Olympic park (Main Street is closer). There is a bike shop nearly on the property so you could easily rent and ride bikes from the unit. There is a pool and hot tub in the complex as well! He has excellent WiFi. We were there during the summer and like most of the area, there is no AC. There are ceiling fans and box fans throughout the unit. We slept well with the windows open but some rooms were warmer than others but we were all able to sleep well. The beds were all quite comfortable. Overall we were very pleased with it and if we returned to Park City we would reach out to Mark again! Highly recommend.

Nice property, very convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and the check in process was very easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. The location was very convenient to the park city mountain base, bus stops, downtown Main Street, groceries, multiple ski shops and dinning. Our kids enjoyed playing in the snow right outside the back door. Great open space for kids to run out back. We would recommend this property.

Could not have been better!

Last fall, this was the absolute best stay for my family, including my two children aged 2.5 and 5. It was our first time in Park City and we can't believe how lucky we were to pick this condo in the perfect location - the pool just a few steps away, the grocery store a short walk, and on the quiet side / facing the golf course. We enjoyed walking and biking along the path to the City playground and downtown. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Mark was incredibly accommodating, working with us to book on short notice and also allowing us to extend our stay. If I lived in Park City, I would want to live in this unit.
