This house was much roomier than I imaged from the pictures. All the rooms were good sized, and everything was there to cook meals and set an attractive table. This had a charming old fashion feel but had cable and wi-fi available to make keep me entertained and connected. So grateful that Joe and Beckie shared their little place to travelers like me looking for something beyond a motel room.
Charming old colonial home is located across the street from access to the banks of the west branch of the beautiful Farmington River. The two bedroom first floor of the home includes a patio area, large kitchen and cozy sitting room. I was called home for an emergency before my departure time and Becky was super kind and arranged for a generous partial refund. I highly recommend this property.
This is a wonderful property. It makes you feel like it’s your home away from home, only better. It’s very roomy, neat, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great place to stay. Throughly enjoyed it.
