Are you looking for your slice of paradise? Enjoy lakeside luxury in our 2512 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, lakeside condo in Fiddlers' Creek, one of Naples' finest gated communities. Our 2nd floor unit with private elevator overlooks tranquil lake. We're just a short walk to shared community pool & gorgeous fountain, and a few minutes drive to the Fiddler's Creek Club and Spa.

Perfect for families, we have 2 private suites and twin bedroom w/2 twin beds. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Our master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, double walk-in closets, private bath with soaker tub. Patio doors open to large screened lanai with lake view. The queen suite has a queen-sized bed, private bath and private balcony. The twin bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent the third bath.

We have in-unit laundry room, eat-in kitchen overlooking large family room, dining room and living room with entertainment center with TV/DVD. Dine a'la fresco on our screened lanai with table for six, lounge chair and double rocking seats and enjoy the lovely lake view. Enjoy golf at public courses just minutes from Fiddlers Creek.

An optional Fiddlers Creek transfer membership is available for purchase, which entitles tenants and guests to enjoy the 5 Star Fiddlers Creek Club and Spa. Free Fiddlers Creek Club transfer membership worth $750.00 plus tax with multiple month stays.

Our family loves Naples. Our Varenna condo is spacious enough to accommodate a family of 6 with no problem. We can all be together in one place and enjoy each other's company and the beauty of Fiddlers' Creek.

What makes this property unique

The views in Fiddlers' Creek so relaxing. We can sit on our lanai and enjoy the tranquil lake view, walk down the street to the Varenna Fountain or walk the miles of scenic walkways passing golf courses and nature preserve. Birdwatchers will enjoy the exotic birds. If you're really quiet, you might see a deer or two in the nature preserve.
