Brand NEW 2,300 sq ft property, all NEW furniture, NEW hardwood floors, NEW appliances and fresh paint.. all ready for its first guests. All you need to bring are your personal items - some shorts, sandals, bathing suits and golf clubs, we have the rest covered for you. We have provided the FULLY-stocked coffee bar, the Free WiFi and 65" HD flat screen TVs in the Master Bedroom and Family Room, which seats 7 comfortably.

Home is north-facing so you can enjoy the sun and warmth all day in the south-facing backyard - if you are like us, and escaping the dreary and cold, this is a VERY important feature! :)

There is also the 6 +2 person outside-dining tables to enjoy the warm Arizona weather outside and beautiful desert landscaping with yard lights and water fountain for ambiance in the evenings. Home is up against the golf course where there are no back neighbors, on a very quiet street! Your very own desert oasis!

If you are like us and do not enjoy or want to stay in the big cities, but still want close access to visit them, then this is the place for you! Situated up against the San Tan Mountains is this friendly, safe, quiet, beautifully landscaped and maintained Johnson Ranch community that has a definite small town feel yet has all the conveniences of grocery, shopping and unique restaurants all within easy driving distance.

With a 10 min walk on landscaped sidewalks or a 2 min short drive, you can enjoy any one of its 3 community-only heated swimming pools and hot tubs. Or the golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18 hole Johnson Ranch golf course with its spectacular desert landscaping and a view of the entire San Tan Valley. A short 8 min drive takes you to San Tan Mountain Park with walking, hiking and biking trails thru the desert landscape - a real outdoor treat, esp if you are escaping the cold & snow from back home!

This fully furnished, fully equipped home offers plenty of room for family visits and all you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

- HUGE, Grand Master bedroom Suite with its own patio entrance: King-sized bed. Has its own bathroom that includes 2 sinks, a soaking tub, separate shower and walk-in closet

- Bedroom 4: Queen-sized hideaway bed

Johnson Ranch is just 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport or 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport & Downtown Phoenix. If you don't get a rental car, both Uber and Lyft work great in the area.

Very clean and modern house and just what the ad depicts. Nice touches and extra thoughtfulness of what a guest may need. Quiet location and short drive to the pool. Was nice to have hummingbirds and a roadrunner stop by for a visit in the back yard. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

This was our third time renting this property and when we get there it always feels like our home away from home. We are always very comfortable there. It is very well stocked with items in the kitchen and if there are any problems, Brandon is very helpful when we contact him. Looking forward to next winter to stay there again.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful, and a great location, close to food and shopping. The home was beautifully furnished, and had the necessities that we needed. Next we come back to Arizona to visit family, we will definitely book this house again! My favorite part was the coffee bar. Our flight came in very late at night, so it was nice to be able to wake up the next morning and have coffee readily available without having to run to the store.

Comfortable retreat for the family

We loved the property and enjoyed our week's stay. There was plenty of room for our family of four and kids enjoyed having their own rooms.
