Located in the Winter Park Lodge II complex this two bedroom/two bath condo has real beds to sleep 6 people. It is on the second floor with stair access.
The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, dresser, two night stands, closet, and attached bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed (twin/twin), night stand, closet, and dresser. The common bathroom has a full size tub with shower.
The great room has a couch, recliner, HDTV with cable/Netflix/Hulu, dining table for 6 and counter seating for 3 more.
Clean bed linens, bath towels, soap (no shampoo), kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags are included.
Our family uses this condo during the ski season so the kitchen has a full complement of pots, frying pans, mixing bowls, and baking pans. Kitchen appliances include a full size range with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, mixer, popcorn popper, and blender. Service for 6 people. Also included are coffee filters, spice rack, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper.
There is a small washer and dryer located in the unit. Larger coin laundry on the ground floor of the building if you need to wash big items like coats.
Indoor bike storage is located on the ground floor of the building. No hauling bikes up the stairs, and no need to leave them on the car. Key access to the common bike room with bike racks. Bring your own locks.
Outdoor hot tub is open year round and outdoor swim pool is open late May to mid September. Please note that the Condo Complex management company has a security camera at the pool and spa area.
Locking ski/board storage for the unit is on the ground floor. No need to haul your equipment up the stairs.
Located 500 yards from the bus stop at Safeway gives you convenient access to the Black, Emerald, and Purple bus lines (check out the LiftRider app for schedules) to get to the ski area and around the valley. Beyond Safeway it is a short walk to Fraser's best dining.
