It was a wonderful place to stay! The only issues we had was that the batteries seemed to be running out on the front door lock and the remotes, but we weren't at the place much to watch tv anyway.

Great home base for Winter Park skiing

The house is lovely as a home away from home while skiing in Winter Park. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed watching movies on the large mounted screen in the living room, and using the sleds on the porch for sledding in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay amd would book again.

We had an excellent experience. This townhouse was so warm and cozy. My family of six had more than enough space for comfort and privacy. The unit was very clean and the amenities were great. The location was perfect and only steps aways from the bus stop. The bus took us all around Fraser. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this location.

Fabulous Winter Park Condo

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The owners thought of everything…we had all we needed and then some. We had an infant with us, and we pleasantly surprised at the toys, books, puzzles as well as the ‘necessities’ provided. The unit was close to Winter Park, as well as shopping and dining. Highly recommend!!!

Great for a ski trip

The shuttle stop was only a block away and made getting to the mountain super easy. Plenty of space to fit everyone at the table, and a really lovely space. The vast amount of stairs reminded everyone how sore their legs were as well. Definite win having three full bathrooms too.

Great price for the size

We stayed a total of 5 days with 7 adults and the pictures don’t do it justice for the actual size and space of the rental. None of us felt as though we were crammed or pilled on top of each other even when we were all in the kitchen and living room. We came across this rental last minute especially after everything around it was very expensive. For the price and size and how close it was to town I would most definitely stay again!

The house was great. Great location! The Evolve management of property was not good. The master shower and linens were filthy. We had to clean and rewatch all the towels. Communication was horrible. I requested an early check-in two days in advance with no response until I got there and called VRBO and they redirected me to a messaging center. Again, house was great….poor Management!!!!

Cozy, spacious condo with lots of amenities.

Being this is the first review for this condo, I’ll try to be thorough. We loved the space this condo provided. We were traveling with four teenagers and it was nice to be able to spread out at the end of the day. The condo is very nicely decorated and very welcoming, the ground floor entry was great! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals and then some. It was really nice to have enough garbage bags, dishwasher soap and TP to last the week. If you’re traveling with little ones, this unit is well equipped - portable crib, high chair, kids dishes, toys & books. If you’re traveling with teenagers, there’s multiple tv’s and strong wi-fi. Everyone was happy when we settled in for the evenings. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night and there’s a train that runs through town but the owners have portable fans in each of the bedrooms and if you run those it really drowns out the outdoor noise. The condo is a middle unit but we never heard any noise through the walls which was a pleasant surprise. The mattresses were all comfortable and there were plenty of pillows & blankets provided. We ran into an issue with the upstairs bed, with two full size teenagers the painted wood bed frame squeaked terribly whenever they tried to roll over or move. I’m not sure if you’d have the same problem with younger kids sleeping in there. For us it didn’t work and we had to adjust our sleeping arrangements after the first night. The condo is nicely located for easy access to the local ski resorts if you’re staying in the winter. For our summer stay, it was a great place to make day trips from. From the upstairs living room & balcony you can watch a hot air balloon take off in the morning and watch fabulous sunsets in the evening. We did run into one oddity with this rental. We always look for a rental with a grill when we travel. This unit states there’s a gas grill. When we arrived we had a gas grill and two empty propane tanks. Thinking it was an oversight, we contacted the management company. We were told the grill was provided but we’d need to fill the tank at our expense. We’ve never run into this and chose to adjust our meals rather than hassling with filling the tank. We’re hoping the owners rethink this. Overall this is a great rental and we’d gladly stay here again.
