About this property

Magnificent villa with swimming pool, 50 meters from the beach!

Large villa completely renovated and equipped, with superb garden and beautiful swimming pool, close to a superb beach !! The villa is located in the most beautiful district of Arcachon, and with a perfect location: 5 minutes from the city center on foot and 3 minutes from the beach on foot.

We have done some significant renovations in 2019 and 2020 to provide best quality with wood parkets, new bathrooms, wood deck around the pool, children safety pool protection, etc..

Max Capacity: 8 people

2 bedrooms with double beds + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
1 baby bed and 1 child high chair!

2 bathrooms (shower and bath).

Large fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and the dining room.
Kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.
Dining room with all equipment.

Living room with coffee table, sofas, armchairs, HD tv, freebox.

Wifi (wireless internet), television with a hundred channels.

Laundry room with washing machine. Magnificent garden with beautiful outdoor table and large barbecue! Ideal for a long evening by the pool!

We lend you 2 bikes so that you can enjoy the oceanfront landscapes along the cycle path that practically starts from the house.

Arrival and departure times are flexible. Once the rental has been made, we will agree on an hour for the delivery of the keys.

great property in great location

A perfect property for a summer holiday. The house is in a very quiet area of Arcachon and is within walking distance of the beach, the shops and the railway station. The house is well appointed and very attractive. A small problem we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently by an English speaking concierge The pool is excellent and well maintained and fine for both adults and children. I highly recommend this property.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses könnte nicht besser sein. Eine sehr gute Boulangerie ist in 5 Minuten Fuß fußläufig zu reichen und in 7-10 Minuten ist man direkt in der Innenstadt von Arcachon. Der Strand ist ebenfalls etwa 7 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist optimal vor Urlaub geeignet mit einer guten Raumaufteilung. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte, dann ist es vielleicht die Anzahl der Gläser, die zur Verfügung stehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist exzellent.

La prestation pas à la hauteur vis a vis du tarif de la maison, piscine non nettoyer, machine à laver en panne changer en 3 jours , mauvaises odeurs pompe de refoulement déficiente évacuation partiel dans la cours pas de réparation pendant les quinze jours, peu ou pas de nettoyage des mauvaises herbes store extérieure en lambeau Literie de la troisième chambre non adapter aux parents, manque de certain couvert compléter en cours de séjour, peu ou pas d'instruction sur le fonctionnement de la maison, toile cirée extérieure fatiguée. la plage pas à 50 mètres 400 à 500 mètres.

La machine à laver est tombée en panne en cours séjour et a été changée par une neuve au plus vite (livraison faite sous 3 jours par le vendeur) et de même pour cette odeur (réparé par un spécialiste). Nous sommes désolé pour ces 2 problèmes que nous pouvions pas anticiper, et ont été complètement réglés au plus vite.

Arcachon

We travelled from the UK to spend 3 weeks at this property. There is a lot of outside space to eat and relax in. It is very well equipped. Location is excellent - beach, train station and town centre all within 0.5km walking distance. The property has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a living room with a pull out bed. So you should check it fits your group’s requirements. Arcachon is lovely. We would recommend the boat bus to Plage de Moulleau and a day trip to Cap Forret is more expensive but worthwhile.

Belle maison avec piscine idéalement située mais maintenance et entretien à améliorer

Propriété bien située à proximité de la plage d'Eyrac et du centre ville (à environ 1 km de l'avenue Gambetta) dans un quartier très calme avec stationnement non payant dans l'avenue Victoria et voitures non utilisées pendant tout le séjour (déplacements à pied et à vélo). Belle piscine. Maison idéale pour 2 couples avec jusqu'à 4 enfants en bas âge et séparation de l'espace de vie (chambre, SDB et WC) pour chacun des couples . Toutefois quelques mauvaises surprises dès notre arrivée : 5 bains de soleil cassés sur 6 et absence de parasol (remplacés au bout de 48H après réclamation), barbecue Weber défectieux (remplacé au bout de 48H après réclamation), 2 vélos inclus dans la location mais non utilisables (pneu éclaté, rouille +++ et freins défectieux) non réparés durant le séjour et nécessitant la location de 2 vélos supplémentaires durant la semaine, absence d'entretien de la piscine durant le séjour (effectué par nos soins en milieu de semaine : nettoyage du filtre, utilisation du robot nettoyant, mise en place de pastilles de traitement de l'eau). Au final maintenance et entretien à revoir pour éviter les déceptions de début de séjour et prévoir un réel état des lieux (expédié en quelques minutes) à l'entrée et à la sortie des locataires pour changer au fur et à mesure les articles défectieux. vacances magnifiques

la Villa est magnifique et nous avons trouvé tous les équipements nécessaires sur place. Elle est idéalement située à proximité du centre ville et de la plage mais aussi dans un secteur très calme. Les adolescents qui nous accompagnaient ont adoré mais je suis certaine que c'est parfait également avec des petits enfants (la piscine est totalement sécurisée). Les chambres étant séparées par la grande pièce à vivre cela laisse une indépendance et permet de se lever sans réveiller tous le monde. Nous avons profité de la terrasse et mangé dehors tous les jours car elle est parfaitement abrité du soleil et du vent. En résumé des vacances de rêve pour tous et à l'unanimité et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.
