Beautiful, Clean Condo with a Great Pool and Wonderful Hosts

The unit is great - equipped with all needed cooking supplies, it was very clean, and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and the on-site building manager Lisa was so friendly and kind too. We were in Hawaii to enjoy the beaches but my family may have enjoyed the facility's clean and convenient pool even more! The one thing I'll note is that as described, each bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit. As someone who is not used to window units, it was a little louder than what I'm used to for sleeping, but you get used to it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean Condo, Responsive Staff

This place is in a great location! Quick walk across the street to the beach and also a great spot to catch the sunset. Not a far walk from restaurants/shops and a quick drive to Wailea. Everything was as described and very clean, the staff were very responsive and Lisa was amazing and always around if you needed anything!

Wonderful stay in Maui!

Wonderful stay in Maui! The condo was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views and amazing beach access just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the pool and the peaceful atmosphere. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy, and we appreciated the minimal checkout requirements. Overall a fantastic stay and we would happily return!

Very convenient!

Kitchen was fully equipped. Tons of towels in the bathroom which was great! Very organized unit. Unit was peaceful but also a block away from shopping centers. Very convenient!

It made us truly feel at home

We had the most amazing stay at Maui Parkshore! The view from the balcony is simply something you can't describe in words. The place was very clean and spacious! One of the best parts was there was actual space to un pack instead of living out of your suitcase. It made us truly feel at home. This is our forever spot now.

The whole place was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed, all facilities including the pool were very well maintained, the beach was just across the road, and the view was incredible! Any questions I had prior to arrival and during our stay were answered promptly. Onsite manager was friendly and accessible. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

House was great and as advertised. Clean, updated and comfortable. AC worked great in both bedrooms as expected, main area got a bit warm but a couple fans were provided to help. All rooms also had ceiling fans which was nice. Lanai was very comfortable and a great view. I wasn’t positive what exact equipment was provided and if it would be enough, but we were pleased to see 4 low chairs of good quality, an umbrella (exact same as ones rented at various places) and a good small cooler sufficient for drinks and a few snacks. A couple ice packs too. Toiletries are indeed a starter pack so make sure to bring some or buy more nearby. Pool was very nice as well never too busy, and a comfortable temperature. S. Kīhei road was still closed down the street in front of Kam 2, but it’s not that big of a deal to drive around. Probably cut down on road noise and traffic in front anyway. Overall a wonderful stay, good communication, and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - directly across the street from the best family beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with all the essentials. We appreciated the A/C and washer and dryer. The BBQ area is perfect for nights you want to stay in. There was an issue at the complex that required the water be shut off for a short time in our unit but the property manager went above and beyond to keep us informed. The lanai is fantastic and a great place to watch the sunset or listen to the waves at night.

Beautiful lanai, responsive host, great for families

My family really enjoyed our stay with the beautiful lanai to enjoy the sunsets and views. The host was great at responding and really helped my family when our flight was delayed on the final day. Definitely recommend for a family. We enjoyed the beach chairs and cooked many meals in the kitchen.
