Superb fully renovated villa with exceptional sea view and private pool

The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom / shower for each of them and can accommodate up to 10 people. It also offers a spacious living room, a dining room and a large kitchen. The living room opens onto a large terrace on which you can dine or watch the sunset overlooking Dénia.

The house has undergone a major renovation and has modern decor. Several terraces and a patio are also present on different levels.

Many facilities are at your disposal such as:

Air conditioning, internet access, linen room (with washing machine and dryer), 2 barbecues, deckchairs, etc. Linen and pool linen provided.

Kitchen: American fridge, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee maker.

Private swimming pool.

The villa is located in a very quiet area of Dénia, in the immediate vicinity of the Montgó. It therefore has a splendid view of the sea, the city of Dénia and the Montgó.

Location 2 km from the beaches and the city center (8 minutes by car).

Ideal for enjoying your holidays with family or friends.

The town of Dénia is very pleasant, it offers beautiful walks and has many restaurants. Different activities are also to do in Dénia, we will be happy to share our addresses with you.

Excellent property set in a quiet location with fantastic views. Various areas to sit, relax and eat along with baby gates which are available to stop young children making their way down to the pool unsupervised. I’d say car hire is essential but if you’re looking for a large villa in a quiet setting to go away as a family I couldn’t recommend this one more!

Great Property for Family

The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The pool was great and lots of fun. No wifi so good for families to unplug from technology.

Family fun

The Villa has amazing views in the day and night. It is very spacious with a great pool, complete kitchen and a number of outdoor seated areas to bbq and eat. It is very peaceful but car is essential.

A fabolous vacation in Dénia!

We spend a great vacation in the Villa and enjoyed the amazing view over Denia and the sea as well as the Montgo mountain right behind the house. A spacious and well equipped Villa with modern Interieur. The 4 bedrooms with bath made it a perfect accommodation for our 2 families with 4 Kids. I enjoyed the Barbecue area a lot :-)

Perfect Denia Property

A perfect spacious property with stunning views over Denia. Very well furnished with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Lots of space and a beautiful pool. The kitchen was well equipped although we ate out in Denia each evening. The taxi to Denia was only 8 euros so our hire car rarely moved.

Perfect 10 days

We were really pleased with this property for our holiday, the villa is very spacious & well presented throughout, with everything you need to accommodate two small children too. The Villa is very private, with beautiful views of Denia & the sea. The pool & outside areas were all amazing, with plenty of options for some quiet time & food on the terrace as the sun goes down really makes it special. We look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely family holiday

We enjoyed a delightful family holiday with our extended family. The villa was spacious and comfortable and the views were outstanding. The pool was perfect for young children and was thoughtfully protected (stair gates and barriers) from unsupervised access by the little ones. The weather during our stay was unusually warm, for July. So we made good use of the air conditioning to keep us comfortable and help the little ones sleep peacefully. The vista over Denia was a joy to behold, day and night and we had our best ever view of the fireworks at the end of the local festival. Our host had provided copious notes on local restaurants and places of interest together with other essential information for our stay. The reception and handover on arrival and departure were handled by the host’s local representative, Alba and her husband. They were so warm and friendly and even left ice cold welcome treats for the kids. We love the Denia and Javea area and have lots of happy memories of holidaying here with our daughters for many years. Highly recommended.

Schönes Haus in super Lage

War haben zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Aussicht von den verschiedenen Terrassen ist herausragend. Das Objekt an sich ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 8-10 Personen.

Heerlijk huis met fantastisch uitzicht!

Het huis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi ruim zwembad. Buiten veel ruimte, goede voorzieningen en een fantastisch uitzicht op de stad en de zee. Vooral in het donker was dat echt genieten! Wij hebben genoten met zijn allen!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Die Lage dieses wunderschönen Hauses am Ende einer Sackgasse ist sehr ruhig. Nach oben hat man einen super Ausblick zum Montgo und nach unten einen traumhaften Meerblick. Dickes Lob auch an Rosi - das Haus wurde sehr sauber geputzt übernommen !! Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank an Geraldine für die superschnellen Rückmeldungen . Le top de nos vingt ans de location en Espagne

La villa est très bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et Denia. Son équipement est parfait et les chambres sont très fonctionnelles. Très adaptée pour une famille avec enfants, la piscine est très agréable et le calme est garanti jour et nuit. Excellente location

Super tolles Haus mit tollem Blick
