-Located on the ground floor of a villa near the beach of Péguière (3 minutes walk) and all shops.
-Private and furnished terrace with direct access to the swimming pool .
-Piece to live with fully equipped kitchen area (including dishwasher), sofa, flat screen TV, free WIFI.
-Independent room with king size bed :( 160 x 200), quality bedding, closet ..... (.BEDS MADE AT THE ARRIVAL)
-Bathroom (with washing machine and dry towels) and independent WC. (TOWELRY PROVIDED, except beach towels )
-By the way, non-smoking apartment (we invite you to smoke on the terrace) and our pets are not allowed

Séjour au top !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monique et son mari. Le cadre est magnifique (bravo au jardinier 😉) et la piscine très agréable. Le logement est confortable et situé à proximité d'une petite plage et de nombreuses criques. La gare de Boulouris permet de visiter les alentours (Cannes, etc...) Bien agréable pour ceux qui souhaitent laisser la voiture de côté. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour !😊

Sehr ruhige Lage, Natur pur!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem kurze Wege zum Hausstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schöner Ausblick in die Natur und sehr freundliche Vermieter die jederzeit hilfsbereit sind. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Superbe propriété au calme , neuve avec jardin /piscine

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement neuf au calme absolu face à la piscine et entouré d’arbres et de végétation. Une basse cour à proximité : coq et poules en ambiance de fond : on a adoré ! À vélo, au départ de la maison : piste cyclable bien pratique pour randonner dans le massif de l’esterel. Les plages et calanques à proximité nous ont ravies pendant notre séjour Accueil charmants des propriétaires très réactifs à nos besoins. Un séjour qui fait du bien.

Appartement moderne, propre, très spacieux et lumineux. Literie confortable. Entièrement équipé (cafetière, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver etc). La terrasse privative est très bien isolée grâce à des jolies haies. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et discrets. Le top pour se reposer après les ballades

Difficile de trouver un logement plus calme, moderne, propre et fonctionnel, entouré de beaux jardins privés, tout en étant proche de Boulouris et à 5 mn en voiture de St Raphaël ! Nous avons pu alterner ballades dans l'Esterel et tourisme sur toute la Côte, en terminant nos escapades par un passage aux commerces sympathiques de Boulouris pour une soirée cooconing, que demander de plus ? L'exposition Est nous a offert des petits déjeuners "plein soleil" et même des repas sur la terrasse le midi (quand la température le permettait !) La chambre spacieuse, les lits jumeaux bien confortables, la salle de bain bien équipée, la vue sur les jardins, tout était top ! Grâce à son orientation, ce logement doit être aussi bien agréable en été, adresse à conseiller en toutes saisons !

Formidable séjour

Superbes vacances dans la région de Saint Raphaël. La location est plus que conforme aux photos insérées sur le site. Les propriétaires sont formidables, très discrets mais aussi très disponibles pour toutes réponses aux questions ou pour donner des astuces. Nous reviendrons forcément dans cette location lors d'un retour dans la région !!! Et nous avons gardé l'adresse afin de la partager auprès de personnes intéressées !!!

The apartment was just great. Very nice sunny terrace, swimming pool and lots of green around. The neighborhood was very calm and charming. Neue und schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Die Wohnung ist modern, neu und sehr gut ausgestattet und sieht wirklich so aus, wie hier beschrieben. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) da und können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Familie Clerc!
