About this property

Eagles Tahoe Chalet Panoramic Lake Views & HotTub

We are Super Host - With NO airBNB service  fees  

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Tahoe, and walk to sandy beaches in lovely Tahoe Vista, and Kings Beach. Plenty of parking. We have updated the Kitchen, Bedrooms, Exterior and new Hot tub on the large view Deck. Only 10 min to the NORTHSTAR Entrance, and 20 minutes to  Palisades Resort ( Squaw Valley ) in Olympic Valley.

Not just a peek at Lake Tahoe...a truly Panoramic view, allows the whole group to enjoy the lake Sunrise to Sunsets and even night time views of South Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Valley and more.

The Main House is entirely for Guests, there are 4 bedrooms - 3 private Bedrooms:  1)  King  2) King  with Lake View 3) Queen with View,  Plus 4)  Hobbit Room:  its not for tall people,  as it has 6' ceiling, 3 full beds and a private bath. The Chalet has 3 full baths total.

Owner ( that’s me, Steve) ls next door and available for questions, problems and local knowledge of activities etc. I enjoy being social with my guests, but mostly give you, your space to enjoy their vacation uninterrupted.

There's a local Secret Park that has Ropes course and bike and Xcountry trails, Dog Park  are at nearby walking distance. 

Parking for  4-5 cars  in front of the house. You can walk to Sandy Beach or drive to many beautiful spots around the lake, Sand Harbor, Emerald bay, Squaw Valley Palisades Resort and Reno, Nv.

Owner lives on property in an entirely separate unit.  Parties and event require advanced permission  

Max Occupancy is 10 adults. OR,   Upto 12 total persons total including kids.   Stairs necessary to access each level. 

Quiet hours: 9pm-8am. Garage is for Owner use only. -- Wont effect your enjoyment of the property in any way.

Please put all recyclables in blue bags. All regular trash in the Bear Box for pick up) Please have all trash and recycling ready by 9am on Tuesday. They will pick up even on holidays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent experience all the way around - everything exceeded our expectations! The view and hot tub are what set this property apart. Sunrise from the deck is spectacular. Steve, the host, is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay at this property again.

This is a stunning home, beautiful views, very clean, plenty of towels and everything else we needed! The kitchen has great appliances, the hot tub was ready for us upon arrival, overlooking the lake. Steve is a wonderful host, and recommended a great park for us to go to. He checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was overall very friendly, flexible, and an excellent communicator. We will definitely be back!!

This was a perfect venue for our family get-together. Great location- Kings Beach is close by as well as grocery stores and the pictures don't do justing to the amazing view of the lake from the deck.

Wonderful house for family winter holiday

Two families (8 people) stayed and we had a great time. The location is walking distance to sledding and an east drive to skiing, groceries and everything you need. We also had ample space to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked (aside from plastic storage containers so we bought some) and the hottub and views are amazing.

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful house on a hill close to Kings Beach, Northstar, and beaches. You can walk but there is a decent sized hill to property. Unsure in winter but assume, definitely be prepared to have chains and/or good 4x4 or AWD vehicle to access. Property is very spacious with a huge kitchen (unexpected but a nice surprise) and love the view and patio, hottub and BBQ. Very quiet and property manager was just amazing giving enough info and assistance as needed. Truly enjoyed the neighborhood and hope to stay again in fall time.

Spacious and close to beach

Our party included 10 adults and one child. The space was perfect for a large group with plenty of dining space. We cooked all of our meals in the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We would stay here again.

Amazing view! Wonderful stay!

Check in was very easy. Steve was great, and was able to let us check in a little early to watch the Niner game! The hot tub was hot and wonderful after a day swimming in the cold lake! Beds were SO comfy. The place had all the amenities but who even cares with that VIEW! cocktails in the hot tub overlooking at the lake and stars….perfection.

Amazing Views!

Great location and size for a large group

We loved everything about this home. Beautiful view of the lake and close to town with a quiet street with plenty of parking. The hot tub is a great bonus with a view! Plenty of rooms and beds for our group. The hobbit room was perfect for the kids/young adults. Having a full bathroom on each floor was nice. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, toilet paper and paper towels were all provided. Everything we needed. The owner lives next door and was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Cabin

Our stay in this relaxing, Tahoe Vista cabin was amazing! Our family enjoyed all its amenities, but especially the views from the windows and deck. Time on the 2 decks brought you immediately to a peaceful state!!! The location was perfect and central to all our activities - from hiking, frisbee golf, paddle-boarding and other lake activities. Board Games were even available in the home to use during our evenings! Steve is an amazing host and is lightening quick to offer help and answer questions! We had a very enjoyable, comfortable and memorable stay.

Winter Birthday

I managed to arrive and stay at this cabin on the last day of a winter storm on December 14, 2022. 1st, I am extremely grateful for the owner's communication through email, phone call and text. It just so happened that Steven was out for the holidays but he had Miles manning the front during his absence. I cannot say anything but great things to how helpful Miles was, even advising us what road to take, since we were coming from LA. Both were always accessible and quickly responsive. The place is a three story cabin, with 3 great big rooms, with a cute hobbit room at the base with multiple spacious beds. The highlight of the place is the stunning patio overlooking the lake and the mountains. There you'll find the gift of the jacuzzi that we enjoyed thoroughly. Lake views, hot bath and stars peppered at night rendered us speechless. A minor thing that may be easily overlooked is how complete and stacked their amenities are, from condiments to appliances. Anything you may need, they have it. We were provided for completely. Steven and Miles, I have this place saved. I will come back again. My sincere thanks for letting us stay here!

This was a fixer upper when I bought it. according to all the neighbors -- its the best View of the Lake...You can see directly across the Lake to Heavenly Valley - Thats the long direction - yet you see it with such detail. Also Mt Talac, Rubicon Peak, Cave rock, and even a peak of Kirkwood resort.
