Exceptional location in relation to the distance from the sea, down the street at 1 minute walk. Ability to reach as many times as you want in the day. Balcony pleasantly shaded by the pine trees that make up the landscape with a small glimpse of the sea through. Tapas bar, restaurants, supermarket, beach items immediately in the one way street below. Large supermarket, fish, tobacco, bakery about 1 km. Medieval village of Pals 6 kms. Walks along the beach and inlets 100 meters. Golf for amateurs.
Balcony large enough to eat or siesta there.
Complete household equipment including dishwasher (robot, crepe maker, coffee maker, kettle, pyrolysis oven and ceramic hob).
