This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Forest Beach condo has and open living areas that provides views of the pool, landscaping and ocean beyond. The private balcony can be accessed from the living area or the primary bedroom.

The living area is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances and ample counter space.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and access to the 2nd bath, also with a tub/shower combination.

Shorewood, Hilton Head is a secure, gated oceanfront complex in South Forest Beach that have just completed a total pool area renovation resulting in a most exciting and beautiful oceanfront pool complex that Hilton Head Island has to offer. The large, sunny pool, children's pool and spa are set among towering palms and heated from Oct 1-Nov 30, and March 1-Apr 30.
There is parking for 2 vehicles MAX.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. A multitude of bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually converge in Coligny Plaza, the hub of activity in the Forest Beach area; known as “Hilton Head’s Downtown”. In conjunction with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining and fun entertainment for the entire family.

A great Short Vaction

This was a time for my husband and I to spend with our son and daughter in law and grandkids. Just a short visit to have fun, take family pictures and be together. The location and the condo were perfect!

Overall I liked the location and layout. Two cabinet drawers in the kitchen were somewhat jammed, and the one bedroom smelled like a used litter box to me for some reason every time I walked into it, but I was able to get over it after a few minutes. Otherwise we all loved it

Great Condo

Great condo and location, really close to central part of Hilton Head Island. Only issue was the switches on the bathroom by fans kept turning on and off by themselves but minor issue. The condo was as advertised and the entire complex with the pool and easy beach access was fantastic and kept really clean. We will be back.

Great Condo and Great Location

The condo was exactly as described. Nicely furnished and well stocked. It had very easy access for me with elevator and ramps…I broke my foot two days before we went so was thankful I didn’t have to cancel. The location to Coligny Plaza was perfect and it even had easy access for me being a very short walk with sidewalks the whole way. We didn’t use the pool but the zero entry is a nice feature. We would definitely return!

Quick trip to HHI

Location is great, very short walk to Coligny and beachfront! Gated parking lot was a plus. Check-in was easy, we arrived LATE, property management left keys in drop box for us. Unit is spacious, bright, nice view of lawn, pool, and ocean in the distance. Only issues were NO BEACH towels, which is NOT advertised on listing. Also the W/D leaked when we ran it.

Weekend getaway before school

This is a nice property in a great location near Colignay Circle. The only issue we had was the property was not ready for us to check-in at 4:00. We had to call the management company and they were able to get it cleaned in about 30 mins.

Love Shorewood - Great View - time for some indoor refresh

Shorewood is our favorite place to stay. This unit had an amazing view of the pool and the ocean front. The beds were very comfortable! Overall however, the unit could use some refreshing. The paint on all of the ceilings was chipping off, the washing machine did not actually "wash" clothes were just damp, and some of the furniture was stained. The bathrooms are also in need of an update. The tubs and faucets were the originals (or so it appeared) and in most of the units we have stayed in Shorewood, they have been updated with a nice master bathroom. The air conditioning worked great, no issues with TVs, kitchen well stocked with kitchen stuff....Overall it was a great unit just could use a little TLC!

Great unit but very poor cleaning

Overall, it’s a great place for a family vacation. Very convenient location, steps to beach and pool (which the kids loved). Easy drive to stores and restaurants. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit at check-in. It smelled clean, like the floors were mopped, but the tubs and toilets didn’t look like they were cleaned at all. Some of the bath towels smelled dirty. In the kitchen, some silverware in the drawer had food stuck on it and some glasses looked rinsed but not washed. Under normal circumstances, this would be bad. During the current COVID situation, it was awful. We did a quick clean ourselves and washed all the dishes/silverware so we knew it was done right.

Lovely stay, but not clean

We absolutely love coming to Shorewood and have been long time visitors of 20+ years. Everything was great besides the cleanliness of the condo itself. Mold in the dishwasher, and crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen. In the living room we found a hair tie, cracker wrappers, and an old bandaid laying out in plain sight. Just little things that could have been easily picked up were not. Despite the cleanliness, the beds were very comfortable and we were pleased to arrive to clean sheets and towels. Although we had an incredible stay and communication was a 12/10 for this rental, we were extremely disappointed with how dirty it was and made a point to leave it cleaner than when we arrived.

Loved it!!

I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for 25 years. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at in the South Forest Beach area. The room is very nice and well laid out. The view is absolutely amazing. They provide a lot of amenities in the room like chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards which saves room on packing. The location is perfect. You can ride your bike to Coligny in 2 minutes. The only complaint I had was whoever cleaned the room before we check in didn’t do the most thorough job. Other than that though, it was one of the best stays I’ve had at Hilton Head and will rent this place again!
