Wonderful apartment with a large private garden in Bardolino a few steps from the center and the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda. The house consists of a large room with two sofas and a 40-inch Sat TV, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. Great bathroom with tub and shower, large separate kitchen equipped with everything and with dishwasher. The beautiful garden and 'equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun beds for sunbathing and especially tranquility' and relaxation. Near the center of Bardolino and its wonderful beaches. You can walk on the shores of Lake Garda Lake Garda and get to Garda or Peschiera del Garda, maybe taking baths in the beautiful beaches that you meet. Near the house there is the bus station, pharmacy and supermarcati. In the center of Bardolino there is the boat station for navigation on Lake Garda, a real wonder.

Ruim appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken om er een aangename vakantie van te maken. Dit appartement op de glv heeft een ruime tuin waar het leuk vertoeven is. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Bardolino. Eigen gereserveerde parking. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Grundsätzlich ok

freundliche Vermieterin erklärte in gebrochenen Englisch die Wohnung, hilfsbereit (bei defekter Spülmaschine) kleiner grüner Garten großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Stadtzentrum per Fuß erreichbar eigener Stellplatz fürs Auto Französische Doppelbetten Allerdings waren wir mit der Wohnung dennoch nicht zufrieden. Sie könnte moderner sein. Küchen-Stühle sehr unbequem, obwohl für 5 Personen gebucht nur 4 Stühle, im Garten stehen einfache Plastikstühle, aber auf dem Werbe-Foto steht eine stabile Holztisch-/-sitzgarnitur mit stabilem Sonnenschirm, davon war nichts zu sehen. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Tisch, es gibt nur eine kleine Ablage. Auf Leder-Couch ist gerades Sitzen kaum möglich, der große Bildschirm scheint der einzige Verwendungszweck für den Raum zu sein. Als Familie hätten wir gerne dort einen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum z. B. zum Spielen gehabt. In einem Schlafzimmer bildet sich gegen Abend ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch. Duschtemperatur nicht einstellbar! Änderungen kommen (wenn überhaupt) erst mit deutlicher Verzögerung und nie so wie beabsichtigt an. Meist musste ich eiskalt duschen. Dusche unten herum etwas verkalkt, die Badewanne überzieht ein leicht pelziger Belag. Das Dusch-/Bad-WC lässt sich leider auch nicht abschließen. Wegen den tropischen Temperaturen und vielen Mücken sind trotz der Ventilatoren Fenster mit Fliegengittern unabdingnar (die Innen-Temperatur beträgt 28 Grad). Die Wohnung besitzt immerhin drei Gitter (1 Schlafzimmer (!) und Badezimmer fehlen jedoch), 2 davon weisen allerdings größere Risse auf, so dass sie nicht sicher vor Mücken schützen. Die Federkernmatratzen sind leider sehr hart, uns haben sie zum Teil Schlafprobleme bereitet. Die Kaffeemaschine bereitet den Kaffee nur tröpfchenweise zu, für 4 Tassen braucht sie über 1h ! Müll soll getrennt werden (die Sammeltonnen stehen ca. 200m entfernt), in der Küche ist aber nur eine kleine (zerrissene) Mülltonne. Im Garten befindet sich direkt neben der Terrassentür ein immernasses Wasserloch in der Wiese, vermutlich wegen des automatischen Bewässerungssystems. Viele Schrauben der leicht krummen Dielen auf der großzügigen Holzterrasse schauen teils bis zu einem cm heraus. Alle diese Beispiele zeigen, dass die Wohnung mit ein bisschen mehr Sorgfalt geführt und gewartet werden müsste.

Entspannter und schöner Urlaub mit hohem Erholungswert

Ruhiges Wohnviertel trotz Zentrumsnähe in Bardolino. Herzlicher Empfang mit perfekter Einweisung in die Wohnung und alle örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin und Gastgeber. Sogar ein privater Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Freundliche und herzliche Grüße an Carla mit Ehegatten.
