Our chalet where you will stay offers you all the comfort with its 70 m² (covered and closed terrace with front and side opening) near the marina and view of the La Vilaine river, in a dead end. The chalet is brand new, very well equipped (kitchen, dishes, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner) and functional.
A reading of the electricity and water meters will be made on arrival and departure. Any excess EDF (above 70Kw) water (above 3m3) will be payable upon departure.
End of stay cleaning (optional): 50 €
This chalet is located in Morbihan Sud at the Barrage d'Arzal. Free parking on site.
