For an unforgettable vacation you have a beautiful Villa of 180 m2 on 1000m2 of landscaped land!

You will be quiet in a green environment 10 minutes walk from the beaches and the city .

The large south facing terrace of 80m2 with its large Weber BBQ will be your convivial place for lunch and dinner facing the garden and the secure heated swimming pool.

You prefer a more intimate corner?
A second 50m2 terrace is located at the back of the villa, next to the pétanque field , this is where the SPA / Jacuzzi awaits you in a Zen corner to relax with the 100 massage nozzles!

Ping pong table and table football are also available!

With family or friends you can enjoy the various relaxation lounges located in the garden or relax on the deckchairs around the swimming pool while the children play on the swing or trampoline located at the back.

The villa has a large living room of 60m2 with piano.

A large modern kitchen equipped with household robots.

4 comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with a view of the swimming pool and the garden.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor.

 2 bathrooms with hydromassage showers, 1 with a hammam function to relax at the end of the day.

We had an outstanding stay at Sunset Villa! It is located beautifully in a very quiet area close to the beach! The villa offers everything you would expect and more! Very well equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. Enjoyed Marseille, Toulon, Cassis and more!

Lovely home in St.Cyr Mer

Loved the property. As described. Everything we needed for our family of 5. Some issues with Wifi, but got it sorted. It’s a relaxing home, close to everything. Wouldn’t describe walk to beach or village as 10 minutes. More like 20. Definitely a car required.

Le sejour fût très agrèable. La maison étais très propre et grande pour nous accueillir moi et ma famille( nous étions 9) autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur,avec tout ces equipments nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Nos hôtes on était avenant et réactif pour toute questions et ce souciais que l'on manque de rien.Quartier calme et tranquille.Séjour très très agreéable,je recommande.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un bon séjour à la Sunsetvilla! Début d'aout la température extérieure étant très élevée , la piscine peut paraitre plus fraiche alors qu'elle se trouve entre 28 et 30°. Le SPA quant à lui est entre 37 et 39° ce qui marque aussi le contraste que vous avez pu ressentir. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau! Nathalie et Patrice

Super maison, très bien équipée et proche de tout

La maison de Nathalie et Patrice est formidable pour des vacances en famille. L'extérieur est très agréable et bien aménagé. L'équipement intérieur est au top également (surtout la cuisine). L'impasse dans laquelle se trouve la maison est très calme. Le centre de Saint-Cyr, où on trouve tous les commerces, se trouve à 15 mn à pied. Et la plage des Lecques est également à 15 mn à pied. Nathalie et Patrice sont très sympathiques (la bouteille de vin qui nous attendait à l'arrivée a été très appréciée) et font tout pour que leurs locataires se sentent chez eux. Bref, une location à recommander !

Excellent property, well located in quiet spot just out of town within a short walk of the beach and town. Supermarket a short drive away. Friendly greeting on arrival. Everything in the house we needed.

Super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, très bien équipée dans un cadre calme et reposant. Nathalie et Patrice nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement dans leur belle villa confortable et parfaitement conçue pour chaque moment de la journée. Super maison familiale pr les vacances

Nous avons sejourne en famille dans cette maison. Tout etait parfait, le grd barbecue, la superbe piscine ideale pr les jeunes enfants, le terrain de petanque, la table de ping pong, le trampoline. Maison top!

Nathalie et son mari vous réserveront un accueil très chaleureux. La maison est très confortable, avec plus que le nécessaire à disposition. Nous avons eu la bouteille de bienvenue réservée aux amis. Beaucoup de gentilles attentions...même les épices à disposition. Nous vous conseillons ce séjour même en hiver: chauffage au sol, mer à pieds avec beaucoup d'animations pour les enfants, de très bons restaurants, marchés à Saint Cyr, Sanary, Bandol, La Ciotat. En un mot: parfait, merci infiniment à vous!

Perfect uitgerust huis met een heerlijk zwembad

Prachtig gelegen en ingerichte ruime vakantiewoning en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is prima en dat het verwarmd is geeft een voordeel in het voor en na seizoen. Een aanrader voor voor een gezin met kinderen. De eigenaar en familie zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
