In a small residence of 6 apartments completely renovated, beautiful T2 Bis Lumineux of 30 m² located in Aytré for 2 to 4 people.

Close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket), 15 min walk to the beach, nearby cycle path, Bus stop 50 m.

the apartment is located 20 minutes from the Ile de Ré, 1 hour from the Ile d'Oleron and only 10 minutes from the old port of La Rochelle.

It consists:

- Modern kitchen equipped with a hood, oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, Microwave, Coffee maker and toaster, Washing machine.

- Living room with BZ for 2 people and TNT HD TV.

- Bedroom with a 140 cm bed (pillows and blankets included).

- Bathroom with shower, towel dryer.

- Private parking in front of the residence.

Household linen is not provided. You can have a cot and a children's high chair on request (supplement of € 10 for the stay).

A deposit of 650 € will be requested upon arrival and not cashed.
If your arrival is on a weekday, the arrival is from 5 p.m. If it is on weekends, from 4 p.m.

If you wish a cleaning formula is available for an additional 40 €.

Logement très bien situé, proche de la mer ainsi que des petits commerces, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour les vacances.En revanche, le gros inconvénient a été la présence de beaucoup de moustiques, ce qui a malheureusement un peu gâché notre séjour. Cependant, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et avons pu visiter plein de choses.

Merci beaucoup de votre avis positif sur notre hébergement. Malheureusement pour les moustiques nous ne pouvons rien faire, cela n’est pas dépendant de notre volonté. Dans le secteur nous en avons tous eu énormément tout l’été. C’était une année à moustiques.

Cet hébergement est très agréable, propre, bien organisé, très bien agencé et proche de La Rochelle. La cours extérieure est très grande et ajoute au logement une vraie zone de vie extérieure privative.Le propriétaire est très réactif.Le seul point facheux est que la plage de Aytré est interdite à la baignade.A louer sans hésiter !

Parfait pour des vacances. Location très propre et bien agencée. Surprise par le calme avec une grande facilité d'accès vers la plage d'Aytre où Châtelailion. Petit marché le vendredi et supérette au plus proche delà location.Je reloue sans hésitation.
