Domaine Maria Stella is a gated and secure residence in a beautiful park with swimming pool kept in July -Aout
our apartment is on the ground floor it has a living room, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. all these rooms overlook the terrace, a bathroom with separate toilet, a living room with open kitchen
it is fully equipped fridge, freezer, oven, MW, LV, LL, LED TV induction plates all the little electro and internet etc ...
it is REALLY 300 m from the beach of the lido, and 500 m from the port and the super U / you can do everything on foot
the terrace of 55 m2 is in 2 communicating parts: a partly covered part in front of the living room and another part having a big blind in front of the rooms
this terrace is a real room to live from April to October
2 beds close to 90X190 in each room equipped with a very efficient and quiet ceiling fan. 2 more beds serve as sofa in the living room
The pool reserved for residents is in the park at 50 m from the apartment, it is monitored in July August
the sheets can be provided with supplement
end of stay cleaning is mandatory and understood
deposit upon arrival of 1000 €

Great for Families

The apartment is like a home away from Home. It is very clean, quiet and cozy with all the appliances and utensils you need. Situated in an apartment complex around a little green with a pool to one side. The pool is real treat for the kids as is the beach wich is around 5 min walk. If you get up early you can watch the sun rise from the beach. It's breathtaking. We always combined it with the walk to the bakery. :) Calvi marina is also in walking distance if you want to get some good ice cream. JJ was very helpful and quick to responde to questions before and during the stay. The family liked it a lot!!!

Appartement tres sympa en RDC, avec 2 grandes terrasses, tres bien equipé, a proximité de la plage et du centre ville.La résidence est agréable car tres arborée, et la piscine est appréciable. Nous etions 2 couples et avions vraiment de la place. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par Flora, tres disponible et le contact avec le propriétaire a été très facile.Un séjour au top !

Ein schöner Urlaub!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 600m vom Strand entfernt und auch der Supermarkt ist sehr gut zu erreichen und ist auch ca. 600m entfernt.

Séjour trop court : entre plage accessible à pied depuis l'appartement et arrière pays (mais pour cela il faut un véhicule), la région propose de nombreuses destinations d'une journée. L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de se déplacer facilement à pied. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue, la prochaine fois on essayera la piscine ! Résidence très agréable, très bien entretenue et calme. Appartement vraiment très bien placé à côté du centre ville et de tous les commerçants, bien équipé. Dommage que le propriétaire soit un peu trop rigide. Les frais de ménage était obligatoire. Mais ce dernier nous demandait de rendre l’appartement Impeccable ! Rangé et propre nous l’avons rendu mais nous demander à ce qu’il soit impeccable c’est exagéré. Et la pression pour rendre les clés alors que tous le locataires avant nous n’avaient pas du tout respecté les heures de sortie ! La gérante de l’appartement très accueillante et très arrangeante.

Quiet, cool, and perfect location... eight days with lots of running, biking, swimming, beach, and sun JJs apartment was perfect for an active vacation with all the great things that Calvi has to offer... great food, perfect beach, and location is quiet and conveniently located close to beach, city centre, and supermarkets.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Calvi. In der liebevoll und sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt: zu Fuß können der schöne Sandstrand , Supermarkt sowie der Hafen, die Geschäfte und die Zitadelle von Calvi erreicht werden. Danke für die nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Golden Honeymoon

A memorable stay, fifty years after our first visit to Calvi. Jean-Jacques is a very accommodating host and made our visit more personal and special. The apartment felt like being at home. It was extremely well equipped, particularly with kitchen equipment, which made self- catering so much easier. Eating out was just as pleasurable, with many good restaurants within easy reach. The lovely beach was just five minutes away and a very well stocked supermarket ten minutes away. ( There was even a shopping trolley to bring back heavy items ). The complex was very peaceful and the pool was just two minutes from the front door. Our only problems went with the territory, as there were quite a few mosquitoes around, which seemed to avoid the sprays etc. and we were there during a hot spell of weather, which meant the nights were very sticky despite having ceiling and free-standing fans. Despite this, we had an excellent holiday and would certainly return there, if there weren't so many other places we'd still like to visit, while we can.

Très bon séjour à Calvi

Nous avons passé de très agréable vacances à Calvi chez Jean-Jacques. La résidence est calme et idéalement située à 5 min de la plage et seulement 15 min à pied du port. L'appartement est très bien équipée et possède une immense terrasse bien arborée. Merci beaucoup !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Calvi dans cet appartement très bien équipé et très agréable avec sa grande terrasse. Résidence calme. Plage accessible à pied à 5 minutes. Piscine pas encore ouverte malheureusement la semaine où nous y étions (mi-avril). Je recommande !
