Not suitable for holiday let for 3 people

We were told about smell of cats from housekeeper smell was horrendous. After two days hot water failed had to wait four days for repair. On arrival muddy cat paws across the mattress failed to Impress bedding wasn’t suitable for the size of the beds big lumps of plaster missing from the ceiling in the lounge, couldn’t leave doors open because of cats. We were left a note to say we had to clean and wash bedding when we had already paid for this facility. We left it in a cleaner condition than when we arrived. We have stayed in many holiday properties this was by far the worst. Overall we were not impressed and hope we receive promised con pension for our difficulties

Dear Cathy, we are sorry that the water boiler broke - it was replaced last summer and we called the service company immediately as we got your message. But the plumber had to order spare parts. The cats does not belong to us. They have never entered the house when we are there. There are also screen doors. Regarding cleaning you must have misunderstood the instructions, since you did pay for this service. But the bed linen and towels still need to be washed. Keep in mind that this is our private home, not a hotel. We do everything we can for our guests and we want everyone to appreciate our paradise as much as we do.

Tres bonnes vacances

Parfait.Proche de tout et au calme a la fois.Logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Deuxième année que npus louons ce logement.Quelques choses à prevoir dans le futur car usés:Frigo, plaque induction, machine a café, barbecue, store terrasseNous reviendrons sûrement

Superbe

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances. La Nucia est au centre de nombreuses villes d'intérêt comme Guadalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Villajoyosa..... Appartement bien situé. 3 terrasses en fonction des horaires du soleil. Tout les ustensiles de cuisine sont présents. Les appareils domestiques sont tous présents ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, climatisation dans le salon + climatisation mobile dans une chambre) De nombreuses plantations pour embellir le tout. Seuls points negatifs: le barbecue est un petit barbecue bas de gamme qui commence à être très usé, manque d'ombre et de table+chaises sur le solarium en toiture pour permettre de profiter de la vue pendant l'apero Pour le prix et la qualité, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés

Parfait pour les vacances !

Charmante Maison de vacances, propre, bien décorée et au calme avec vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes de la terrasse du toit. Grande Piscine collective peu fréquentée, entourée de palmiers ! Proche de la mer et des visites aux alentours : ( Guadalest , Algar, Calpe …) Plage du Poniente familiale. Bref on a passé de bonnes vacances ! Merci à Kicki et Aurora! À bientôt. Nelly

séjour inoubliable et les gens du côté de La NUCIA Wahoooouu gentillent bienveillant et chaleureux.

À savoir que notre hôte KICKI a assuré son rôle de notre départ de Paris jusqu'à La NUCIA. Elle nous a aiguillée et à l'écoute à chaque instant de notre séjour. L'emplacement de cette magnifique maison était génial nous sommes à proximité de tous commerces confondus. Nous sommes entre 5 et 10 mns de toutes les pages voisines plages de galets et de sable fin. Un peu plus haut de la NUCIA à 15 mns une cascade à vous donner le souffle. Sans oublier les marchés de la commune de Benidorm et de la NUCIA avec des brocanteurs

Schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Kann man weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben das Haus nach Auslösung des Alarmstatus durch die Spanische Regierung in aller Eile bereits am 14.03. verlassen. Den Aufenthalt haben sehr genossen. Die Schränke und Schubladen waren mit Sachen der Besitzer zu voll. Für einen längeren Aifenthalt muss auch entsprechender Platz vorhanden sein. Danke an Kicki

Mysigt hus med perfekt läge

Jättemysigt, fräscht och fint hus i lugnt läge med många utflyktsmål inom kort avstånd. t ex stränder, berg, mysiga byar, vattenfall och källor samt vingård. Tre olika terasser (takterass med härlig vy över berg och hav) gör att man alltid hittar ett perfekt läge för sol eller lä. Utmärkt för en familj eller två par.
