- Kohl s Ranch is located in the worlds largest Ponderosa pine forest. Please be aware we have limited satellite cell phone reception and satellite Wifi connectivity. We do offer complimentary domestic phone service from each unit.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

Great location but there should be more consistent mask wearing

We loved the location but were disappointed that many guests and employees weren't wearing or wearing correctly face masks.
