Our family of six enjoyed the comfortable beds, great bath towels & many extras in bathrooms & kitchen. Location was excellent for our activities.
The host was very responsive to our questions or requests prior to & during our stay.

Great communication with property owner…responsive and proactive. House solid for short stay. Close to town. Neighborhood not highest quality but still safe.
The home had everything you need plus treats! Nice coffee, granola bars, etc. Host made a special effort to make everything in the home nice. Be sure to follow instructions on where to enter the door to the home, because it is not on the side of the house with the parking space.
Super cute property close to many of the shops and local things payson has to offer
Everything was amazing. I would have loved to have the opportunity to go into the backyard due to the amount of traffic that is in front of the property. Overall though with the traffic challenges I still would give this place 9 out of 10

Thank you for your review. The back yard is actually not included in the Airbnb listing since it connects to the separate studio which is currently being renovated. 😀
The host did a great job of staying in communication. House is comfortable and has lots of nice touches. Lots of towels, dishes, silverware and all the things you will need. Very close to town, but still quiet at night. Felt like a home and not a rental.

Thank you for kind words Ellen. I am glad we were able to make your trip enjoyable and memorable. Please visit us agin anytime. 😀
We enjoyed our stay in Payson for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The home is roomy, clean, and comfortable. Although the countertop oven wasn’t large enough to cook a turkey, it worked well for smaller dishes. The gas cooktop and coffee pot are nice! We enjoyed the amenities in the bathrooms including soaps, lotions, shampoo, and shower gel. Thank you so much! We would stay again!

Really enjoyed hosting Barbara and her family. The overall communication was great. They followed all the house rules and left the place clean. What more can you hope for as a host? Thanks again and do come visit us again soon! :)
The house was well supplied with towels and amenities. The 2 mattresses need to be replaced. Very thin and uncomfortable. The location was very noisy with traffic. Overall we did enjoy our stay there.

Thank you for you review. In all fairness, we would just like to state that the mattresses are relatively new and padded with good quality foam toppers. The home is conveniently located in the heart of Payson and close to all dinning and shopping facilities. The streets is relatively quiet, this is the first time someone indicated otherwise…however, we were notified by the neighbors that Caroles dogs were roaming around the neighborhood without a leash and causing disturbance. In addition, the guest lacked communication and failed to notify us of the damage that was caused to our glass dinning table for which a claim for the damages is being filed.
We loved our getaway to Payson . The host was very quick to respond. When I asked where a wine bottle opener might be as I didn’t see one … she had one delivered in 5 min . The place was supplied with high quality towels, bath and body products and even a few snacks . It is a little closer to town then we are used to but that didn’t keep us from enjoying a great time on the patio !

The property was cleaned extremely well upon arrival and there was water in the refrigerator if it was wanted. There also candy in cool looking containers. The rooms were nice and spacious with extra layers needed in closets if so needed. The TV in the living room was already installed with media for watching shows and movies which was nice and a beautiful neighborhood. The restaurants around the town were all amazing and are worth any bookings.
The house was nice and it provided great amenities. But we had a situation when we were there. We had already checked in and left our personal items at the house and left for dinner. We received a call from Sima about an hour after we had left saying that someone else had checked in to the property and found our things there. It was a whole fiasco. We were the ones who were suppose to be there and they double booked the reservation. Our things had been packed up and given to the police so we had to figure out everything and where our things had been taken at midnight. Having to deal with tired kids and feeling violated. Sima dealt with it as well as possible but it was still a horrible situation. Things were packed up wrong and things appeared to be missing but we eventually were able to find where everything was put. Nothing like any VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

A work in progress
This small house in Payson is a work in progress. Construction was underway to convert it into a duplex. This possibly led to furnace shorting out and not working one chilly night. House size was just about right for 4. There was money spent on decorations but not comforts. Lots of art and vases but not one extra blanket to snuggle by the fire. The kitchen is usable but not functional as there was no full-size oven for cooking needs or cupboard space to put food. No directions were left regarding which door to enter, thermostat, fireplace with a blower, or TV. Bathroom was clean but multiple hairs in bathtub. Bedrooms are small with fairly comfortable beds. Only entrance to the property was difficult for some to manage the steep stairs. No fenced yard available for my dog to use.

Thank you for your review, however in our defense for future guest, we would like to clarify some of the items above.
1. The home is not under construction by any means…lol but was fully renovated and is fully functional before it was listed on VRBO.
2. The HVAC is less then a year out, however during the guest’s stay, the newly installed Nest Thermostat error we our not sure what happened but it was addressed by our maintenance staff along with the air conditioning company immediately with the highest priority.
3. Each Bedroom is equipped with a queen mattress, foam mattress toppers, comforter sets and extra blanket in each bedroom and pillows to cater to our guests.
4. The home comes with a full gas stove and a large Air Fryer oven that has plenty of space to bake large meals and pizza. Not sure what the guest was looking to bake in a conventional oven during her brief stay which the large air fryer Family oven was not able to provide. ☺️
5. The front door has a PIN code lock which is not only simple to use but was shared with the guest prior to her check in. All she had to do is to enter the 4 digit code and the door opens so kinda confused by what additional instructions the guest was seeking.
6. The Neat Thermostat is relatively easy to operate, but the guest took the matter into her own hand and ended up causing it to error out instead of reaching out of had any questions so our staff would’ve been happy to assist, this act of her ended up costing us more money to address then any possible profit we would’ve made from this booking.
7. Our housekeeping staff really does a thorough job when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing the premises, not to mention, we have not gotten any other complaints.
8. Given the price this guest paid for our the 5 star property and amenities and for her to still complain, I am afraid there may not be a place anywhere that can cater to her every wish especially after breaking our new Nest thermostat and leaving us to pay for the costly repair on her accounts. I wish her well, However would not recommend her to any other host. 😂
We had an awesome weekend staying here. Everything we needed; and more, was provided.
From the location to the accommodations, all was great.
Would recommend more outdoor seating on the front porch though.
Look forward to booking this place again!
Thx!
