Near the market and a quarter of an hour from the port on foot, 80m2 apartment on the 3rd floor in a secure residence, it consists of:
- a part day with a stay of 33 m2 overlooking terrace store, table and chairs, a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, LV, fridge, LL ...) a closet in the entrance
- Part night: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a bed of 140, the other with two beds of 80 which can turn into a bed of 160, bathroom with shower, bath and two sinks, separate toilet with washing hands
Children are welcome with a room equipped with two beds 80. An umbrella cot and a swing up to 9 kg are available on request (small extra charge on arrival)

Appartement au top

Très bien accueillis par Françoise. Joli appartement, propre, fonctionnel et spacieux. Proche du centre ville en 10 min à pied avec deux enfants de 5 et 9 ans ça se fait très bien. Boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble et un carrefour Market à 5 min à pied. Très contents de notre séjour dans ce bel appartement.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans un appartement au top,propre, spacieux, sécurisé, proche du centre et des commerces avec même une boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble.Je recommande 👍

Une très bonne adresse

Un bel appartement très confortable ,où il ne manque rien, dans une belle copropriété au calme et à 10mn à pied du centre ville. L appartement est totalement conforme à la description et aux photos Le box en sous sol pour la voiture et un accueil fort sympathique de Francoise et de son mari.

Très bonne accueil excellentes prestations.

La Charente Maritime est une très belle région. Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un très bel appartement à 10 minutes à pied du centre de la Rochelle. Encore merci à la conciergerie et aux propriétaires.
