Nice renovated studio in a quiet residence in the center of the village.

Renovated studio of 25 m² in the center of the village of SAINT LARY SOULAN, very pleasant in TBE, (no smoking), pets not allowed, with balcony / loggia of 5.50 m², including a main room with sleeping 2 people BZ system of ( 140 x 200) - TV with Sat channel outlet - Equipped kitchenette - sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80) and a child safety barrier - Bathroom - Separate WC - storage cupboard - private parking space above - secure ski locker in SS
The building is located 300 m from the cable car accessing Pla d´Adet station 1700 m and 400 m from the new gondola. In 15 minutes, you will be in the heart of the Saint-Lary 1700 ski area. A free shuttle a few meters away serves these 2 access points every 20 minutes. The slopes (pla d'Adet and Espiaube station) are located around 1.4 km by cable car and cable car (approximately 10 minutes ascent) and 10 km by road.
Also nearby are the spa with fitness area, laundromat, cinema, skating rink and all shops, within a radius of 150-400 m. In summer you can practice white water sports rafting - canyoning - hiking - hanging forest - paragliding - tandem flight etc ...
Security deposit of € 270 required. Fortnight with decreasing price - even 3 weeks for spa guests at € 410. Tourist tax not included.
A deposit of 25% of the rental is required for all reservations. Rental contract established by the owner.
Reception, handing over of keys and inventory of fixtures entrusted to a trusted person on site except Sunday and public holidays.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement qui est parfaitement bien équipé. La salle d'eau est moderne, la cuisine bien que petite est fonctionnelle et les lits sont tous confortables. l'appartement est très bien situé pour se rendre en quelques minutes au centre ville. le propriétaire est très communicant et la personne qui nous accueille à l'arrivée est adorable également. nous ! reviendrons bien volontiers centsoconfortables.

logement de 4 places situé au cœur du village et à 3mn à pieds des remontées. Equipé de tous les éléments nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Pas le wifi dans la résidence mais accessible gratuitement à l'office de tourisme une heure par jour. Nous l'avons apprécié et le recommande.
