This is an authentic old school rustic cabin with all the modern amenities. There are squirrels, chipmunks and deer that frequent the property daily. Mark the host, has gone above and beyond to make this properties amenities memorable. The cabin is walking distance to Humber trail system and the great town of Idyllwild. While there we met Max the Mayor and enjoyed everything the town has to offer.We will definitely be back soon!

Our family loved this cozy cabin home and its beautiful, quiet location. However, there were two things that would've improved our four-night stay. Firstly, complete sets of basic kitchen items such as plates, glassware, and eating utensils are needed. We found ourselves constantly washing the few we had, ready for their next use.Lastly, in offering such a beautiful place to be out in nature, it would've been nice to have found the outdoor areas clean and ready for our use. Instead, my husband and I worked on removing cobwebs (they're everywhere, of course!), dusting, and cleaning the barbecue. They sound like many complaints, but the rest of our stay in this casual, cozy family cabin was perfect for us and we'd like to go back sometime.

Totally worth it! My kiddo and I had an awesome, peaceful, and refreshing time at this cabin. Perfectly situated, all needs met for a wonderful stay. Outside areas/garden are phenomenal! Very well stocked and very clean! Highly recommended to all!

The host's instructions and communication were excellent. The home is exactly as advertised: beautiful inside and out, in an ideal location close to hiking trails. It has a sweet and welcoming feeling and I can't wait to return.

We had a very comfy stay! We brought our own firewood and groceries for quick meals. Bedrooms very cozy and warm. It was the perfect storybook setting for us to write for our album. Hosts were very communicative and instructions very clear.
