The top-level features an expansive great room with beautiful ocean views, deck access, a built-in cabinet with a new granite countertop, a 65" flat screen TV/DVD, stereo, electric fireplace, luxurious furnishings, and solar shades on the large picture windows for your comfort! The well-stocked kitchen includes an island with bar stools, granite countertops, and a large dining table that comfortably seats 10! The roomy King Master Suite presents Ocean Views, a private bath with a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower, 2 sinks, a TV, and handsome décor! This home is kid-friendly!

The mid-level includes a 2nd king master suite with ocean views, a private bath with a separate shower and tub, and a TV with a DVD player! There is also a king bedroom with a TV that shares a full hall bath with another bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds, a TV, and a VCR! 2 new bedrooms and a new full bathroom! One bedroom will have a king and 1 will have a bunk bed.
