Great location

We enjoyed staying a month in this newly updated duplex. Very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Close to anything you want to see. The owner was very pleasant to work with and available to answer all questions . Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, great owner

We stayed here for our annual Christmas with our Sarasota family. We put up a Christmas tree and had Christmas dinner for seven, which was a good time and a good meal for all. We had a minor problem with the heating (remember how cold it was Christmas 2022 everywhere) and the owner came on Christmas Eve to correct the problem, even though we told him it was unnecessary, and it could wait till after Christmas. We were quite impressed with his concern with our welfare. All and all, it was a good house and a great experience.

Close to Everything

Property was super neat and clean, well supplied with responsive owner. Location is a short drive to downtown Sarasota, Armand circle or a multitude of restaurants in Lakewood Ranch area. Would stay at this house again.

Very comfortable place

This place was good everything worked. One of the plugs in the kitchen didn’t seem to work and the light switches were manual on/off via pull chain in the bedrooms. Very well stocked for anything you need. Quiet at night.

Simply delightful

The two bedroom, one bath accomodation was perfect for two or three of us for the weekend. Beautifully appointed in calming colours, the beds and couches were comfy and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the private backyard sitting area. The location is great for exploring so many interesting local attractions. Laid back and homey feeling of the place helped us to rest and regenerate. I will definitely like to return to this little haven.

Visiting Daughter at Ringling College

This house is very close to Ringling College, allowing me to spend a great weekend with my daughter without worrying about long distance travels. Very clean, great back yard, and extremely easy check-in / check-out. This will be my go to place when traveling from NY.
