closed residence with parking space. 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with a bunk. a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, multifunction oven and microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. television, internet box. residence claims no passage of vehicle in front of the balcony of the living room and bedroom. Possibility of lunch on the balcony
A line of bus to go down on Antibes and one of bus Juan side the pines (line 31) every 1/2 h
Shopping center 500 meters with pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, tobacco bar. 2 km from the station free parking for Nice, Monaco, Chin, Ventimiglia. From the parking of the residence possibility to access the apartment without stairs.

Enjoyable (but very hot due to exceptional heatwave)stay in late June.

Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Antibes! Apartment very well furnished and equipped. Maybe could have a fan for very hot weather but we were there during exceptional heatwave! Bed and furniture very comfortable. View from balcony great! Can walk to St Juan beach in 20 mins , but 30 mins to Antibes centre . Car useful, and parking space at property good ,but parking elsewhere in late June difficult. Good supermarket nearby.

Im großen und ganzen war es ganz in Ordnung für diejenigen mit geringen Budget. Alles etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Toilettenspülung funktionierte kaum. Langes Warten war angesagt. Keine Bettwäsche vorhanden, darauf wurde in der Beschreibung nicht hingewiesen... An einem Tag wurde der Flugverkehr umgeleitet, sodass alle 10 Minuten 1 Flugzeug über uns hinweg flog... bis tief in die Nacht.

Appartement non au goût du jour avec du mobilier anciens. mais cependant très bien placé, nous avons eu de belle chaleur mais avec un simple ventilo pas tout jeune il faisait une chaleur pas possible dans l'appartement malgré les fenêtres toutes ouvert. Cependant un séjour formidable nous recommandons personne très gentille répond au moindre problème. Une petite clim mobile serait vraiment top pour remplacer le ventilo... Merci encore a bientôt je l'espère.

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, la vue côté balcon est magnifique. Sous les fenêtres une végétation méditerranéenne et en fond la mer! J’étais sous le charme! Très calme.un gros bémol,le matelas du lit en 140 est très très inconfortable, complètement avachi. Et dans la cuisine il est nécessaire de jeter une bonne dizaine de poêles / faitouts.qui sont rayés et rouillés.c’est juste dommage. Nous avons passé tout de même un agréable séjour,

L appartement etait bien lumineux comme preciser dans l annonce. Mobilier a part cuisine assez vieux, carrelage abimé a certain endroit. Et passage d avions bas (aeroport de nice pas loin). La litterie est à changer

Nous avons trouvé un appartement effectivement conforme aux photos, mais manifestement pas nettoyé avant notre arrivée un peu compliquée d'ouverture(petit balcon non nettoyé - mégots de cigarettes, crottes de chien dans un coin etc) - Beaucoup de poussière. Dommage !

Très bel appartement mais pas accessible aux PMR en fauteuil

L'appartement est très bel et très grand avec un paysage à la mer, 5m à la station de bus. La ville d'Antibes est pas loin. Mais le seul problème que j'ai rencontré est l'appartement n'est pas accessible pour une personne handicapé en fauteuil, de coup j'étais obligée de laisser mon fauteuil dans le hall d'entré sino rien à dire

c'est la 2 ème fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement appartement conforme au photo, calme sur les hauteur d'Antibes, très belle vue, Mr Boumati est un propriétaire très gentil et accessible en cas de problème. je recommande vraiment cette location.
