This three-bedroom, three-bath house has views of the lagoon. Best described as a ranch-style beach house, it is within walking distance of the beach. This is a family-friendly space where everyone in your party can find a spot to relax.

The Sprunt Pond home on Hilton Head Island, SC, is located near the South Beach area of Sea Pines, an area noted for its golf courses and tennis courts. The beach is less than two blocks away from the house, and a short bike ride will quickly deliver guests to the South Beach Marina where there are shops, restaurants, water sports rentals, and boat tour facilities. The Sprunt Pond home has an outdoor grill, a screened-in porch, and a deck.

Guests can watch the 55-inch flatscreen television in the living room, where there is also a fireplace, or they can watch the smaller television that is on the screened-in porch. A loft provides a great place for kids to sleep or play. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bath with a shower, and two bedrooms have televisions. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a large dining table, so everyone will have a spot to sit.

Perfect for a young family

This house was the perfect place for our young family to enjoy a week in Hilton Head! We loved the house and the location was amazing! There was plenty of space in the house for our kids and extended family members to sleep comfortably. We made several meals in the house and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beach was close enough for us to easily walk with our baby and older kid down to the water for a few hours and back up to the house for lunch and naps. Thank you for a wonderful week of great memories and no kid-related meltdowns!

Golf Trip

Stay here with 4 guys on a golf trip. Plenty of room and the home is as listed. Clean but very dated. We would stay again

There was no internet or tv. We had three adults working from home and a baby that needed some tv sometimes. Nobody could do their work, lost a whole week of work. Their property manager said she had been out to the property multiple times due to the internet not working before. Also there was construction going on next to the house and a generator and pump ran all night. Construction noise all day, generator and pump noise all night- and no tv or internet to work or drown out the noise. This property should not have been listed.

Great location

The location of the house is excellent. A short walk to the beach, a short bike ride to stores and restaurants. The house is very spacious. We had seven adults from three different families, and it worked great. On the surface, the house is clean; however, it does need some deep cleaning. There is a lot of dust on top of the curtains, and the cupboards and drawers throughout the house need deep cleaning. Checkin and checkout was easy, and the staff were very helpful. We did have an issue with the lack of appropriate responses from Vacasa. We reported an issue with the shower the first day, and someone finally came six days later, 15 days before our departure.
