With its pretty outdoor space (shaded terrace, barbecue, plancha ...) fully fenced, you will take full advantage of the private pool (size 7x4) equipped with an alarm.
Covering an area of 120 m2, the house consists of a large living dining room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

- bedroom 2: a 140 bed
- bedroom 3: a 90 bed which can be converted into a 180 bed
