Located on the Mont des Roses in a quiet and residential area this charming house of 65 m2 has a flower garden of 250 m2 consisting of a swimming pool (5m / 3m) and a pleasant terrace with pergola. It is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
This villa is on 2 levels
- the floor conditioning consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140/200 (new bedding in March 2018), the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower (shower redone in 2019) , a separate toilet
- the ground floor has a large living room: living room with sofa bed, TV, HIFI channel; dining room; American kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor, refrigerator; WC; cellar with washing machine and fridge freezer.
This villa is terraced on the left side with a clear separation of greenery between the 2 gardens.
This house is equipped with WIFI, on the terrace you will find a table and chairs outdoor WEBER barbecue and sun loungers.
The shops of the Bormes pine (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor ...) are 5 minutes walk, the historic village of Bormes les Mimosas is 5 minutes by car.
You can explore this beautiful region with many walks or go to the beaches of Favière, Cabasson (Fort Brégnançon) or Estagnol all located about ten minutes by car. The beaches of Lavandou are they to about fifteen minutes.
It is advisable to smoke only outside the house.

Goed verblijf gehad, fijn huisje, goed ontvangst met de nodige uitleg, leuk zwembad. Enige minpuntje is slechts 1 airco voor het hele huis. Maar verder was alles zeker dik in orde.

Wir haben 2 tolle Urlaubswochen in diesem schönen Haus mit einem privaten sehr gepflegten Pool verbracht. Wir wurden von Concierge Anne Marie herzlich empfangen.Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns super erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait au sein de cette maison. L'accueil fut très agréable, tout était bien expliqué et à disposition. La localisation était excellente et le village sympathique. Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gute Lage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Wände sind neu gestrichen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es kam Mitte der Woche ein Mann, der den Pool säuberte. Eine Frau, die auch für die Reinigung zuständig ist, hat uns empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie spricht außer französisch ein kleines bisschen englisch. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern per FeWo-direkt lief sehr gut. Erst nach dem Check-in bemerkten wir, dass wir Handtücher und Bettwäsche vergessen hatten. Die Vermieter hatten daraufhin schnell auf unsere Anfrage reagiert und ließen uns diese Dinge zukommen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Hilfe. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Für eine Familie mit bis zu zwei Kindern ist sie optimal.

Très agréable séjour. La personne en charge de notre accueil a su se rendre disponible. La maison était parfaite, fidèle à l’annonce et au photo et que dire de la piscine nichée dans un petit écrin de verdure.... Idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la plage et du très beau village de BORMES. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette belle maison confortable et au calme. Un petit plus : la piscine - même s’il était trop tôt pour en profiter à cette saison. Nous avons aussi apprécié la végétation typique du sud et l’aménagement dans son ensemble. Le propriétaire a été très aimable au téléphone et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec détails. Gut aufgeteilte und ausgestattete 65 m² mit einer herrlichen Terrasse,einem sehr schönen kleinen Garten mit hübschen Pool. Gut geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung vor Ort durch Véronique war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Garcia hat uns mit sehr vielen guten Tips zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Stränden versorgt. Besonders intensiv haben wir den Fresh Market für den Einkauf von frischem Fisch und hervorragendem Fleisch genutzt um den Weber-Gasgrill damit zu bestücken. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Une quinzaine merveilleuse

Cette charmante maison est très sympathique, bien équipé, et décorer avec goût, la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenu. Petit bémol le matelas du grand lit n'est pas très confortable (à notre goût) et le stationnement peu poser problème en haute saison. Location a recommander nous gardons l'adresse pour de prochaine vacances. Merci
