Nous avons passé 2 nuits sur place, dans un cadre magnifique le parc autour de la propriété est parfaitement entretenu, et tout est très calme. Le logement comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Les animaux sont admis, ce qui est un gros plus pour nous. Nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Urlaub und haben und sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus.Das Wetter hat dazu beigetragen ,dass wir morgens draußen frühstücken konnten und abends essen konnten.Unser Hund hat sich schnell eingewöhnt.Der Garten und die Umgebung war schän für Abendspatziergänge.Nach 2 Wochen waren wir sehr erholt .

Ich spreche eine deutliche Warnung vor diesen Wohnungen aus. Wir hatten die mittlere Wohneinheit im Schafsstall und sind nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht nach Hause gefahren. Der Vermieter wohnte zur Zeit oder immer ?? nicht auf dem parkähnlichem Gelände in seinem Herrenhaus und hat die zwei Nachbarwohnungen des Schafstalles an eine Firma vermietet, deren Angestellte aus östlichen Ländern kamen und trinkfreudig ohne Rücksicht gefeiert haben. Eine Aufforderung zur Reduzierung der Lautstärke seitens der Dame, die uns die Wohnung zeigte, war nicht effektiv. Wir selber wollten aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht diskutieren. Wir fordern bisher noch ohne Erfolg unser Geld zurück. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ok, wenn man von den Türen und Handtüchern absieht.Wie der Müll zu trennen ist erfuhren wir, es gab aber keine Mülleimer im Haus (bis auf einen im Badezimmer)Das Gelände selber ist schön, schon fast einsam gelegen. .....wahrscheinlich ideal für solches Klientel. Wir denken, der Vermieter kann sich dafür entscheiden sicheres Geld über Monate einzunehmen, er darf dann aber keine Feriengäste aufnehmen. Alles sehr enttäuschend.

Wij waren er rondom oud en nieuw om het vuurwerk in Nederland te ontlopen. Het is ons heel goed bevallen. Zeer rustige omgeving. DePrachtige kust tussen Etretat en Dieppe is dichtbij.

Erholsame Ferien

Schöne 15 Tage in ländlicher Umgebung verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und er war sehr hilfsbereit! Die Ausstattung als Ferienwohnung war gut.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einem grandiosen Garten

Die ruhige Lage lässt einen leicht den Alltag vergessen. Jede Ferienwohnung in der wunderschönen schloss-artigen Anlage verfügt über ihre eigene z.T. abgeschlossenen Garten mit einer Terrasse. Die Lotusblumen inmitten des Teiches erhöhen den visuellen Genuss. Von hier erreicht man leicht Fécamp, Étretat.

Schöne Woche

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche im Mai in Ypreville-Biville und wurden herzlich Empfangen. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse und dem Rasenstück davor ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die antiken Möbel passen wunderbar zum Gebäude. Das Bad ist gross ,warm und sehr modern. In der offenen Küche hatten wir nur die Kaffeemaschine und den Toaster benutzt. Beim kurzen Überblick habe ich aber gesehen, dass die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Areal ist riesig und vom Gärtner mit Liebe gepflegt. Man kann abends nochmal eine kurze Runde zu den Esel und den anderen Tieren gehen. Da die Wohnung mitten auf dem Lande ist, ist es angenehm ruhig, trotzdem nicht sehr weit weg vom Meer. Alles ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine herrliche Gegend ,in der man sehr viel sehen kann. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.
