You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse. There are also brand new pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! Our 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath townhome is just steps away from the ocean. Each bedroom has its own fully remodeled en-suite bathroom and high definition smart TV, allowing plenty of room to spread out and have your privacy. The large master bedroom with king bed and bathroom are located on the 4th floor with an open deck to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and breeze. The 3rd floor has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with one bedroom having a queen bed and the other having a king bed. The open concept 2nd floor includes the kitchen with dining table for 6 plus 2 counter bar stools, living room with a 65 inch high definition smart TV, half bathroom, and a screened-in porch - a perfect place to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee. The 1st floor has a smaller bedroom with a twin daybed and twin trundle and full bathroom. There is also an ocean front pool just for the use of East End Condos guests and two assigned parking spaces right outside of the front door. There is an additional one-car garage in the unit for your use as well. This beautifully decorated, coastal chic townhome has everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation! FLETC per diem welcome. The pool is open from April 1 - August 31. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.
