Clean, quaint, comfortable for a small family! Location is private and open! Me and my 2 friends had the best time! I would definitely recommend this cabin!
The cabin was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room, the beds were super comfy and the location was perfect for spending time in Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen and Gainesville. We certainly plan to visit again!
The cabin is beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed the central location so we could see Christmas lights in Dahlonga and Helen. Wonderful stay. 10/10. Would definitely stay again.
The cabin is furnished nicely with big, comfy couches and chairs and wonderful TV/entertainment options. The owners were responsive and timely to any questions. Easy check in/check out process. Cabin is close to both Dahlonega and Helen.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed your cabin. It was clean and good location for us. Easy entry from main. Kitchen well stocked. Love being able to have our dog with us.
This property was absolutely perfect. Clean, well-managed, private, stocked with many extras, and a great layout allowing for both fellowship and private time. Will definitely return to this one with my family and grandsons (toys in the lower level a real plus!).

Thanks a bunch, come back and stay with us again soon.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was as stated on the website. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed hiking in the area and seeing several of the area's state parks and waterfalls. We would definitely stay here again in we return to northern Georgia. Very relaxing!
This amazing cabin feels like home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The cabin was by itself surrounded by woods. We encountered absolutely no problems at our stay. We will be coming back!
We loved our weekend at this wonderful cabin! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. The house was cozy, beds comfy and the quiet woodsy views made our, much needed getaway, perfect! We will definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your home with us! My 91 year old mom can’t stop talking about the peaceful weekend.
We came down from PA for our son's lacrosse games over his spring break. We traveled into Atlanta several times and locally also, it was a great location for both. House is set up well and everyone could have own space but still come together. Will be returning!
Cabin was exactly as listed...but even better. Such a charming house, roomy, well thought out, everything you need, and the most comfortable beds!
Loved the area, the beauty of the drive to and from the house every day had us wondering if maybe we need to retire to Georgia :-)
We were there to tour UNG with our son. If he ends up going there, I know this is the home we will rent when we visit!
This was our first trip with our babies, and this place could not have been any better. The most stocked house I have ever been to via a VRBO. They had thought of everything. Even had a play room down stairs for my 18 month old to play around. Loved the location too. It’s off the beaten path but only 20 mins to downtown Dalonega, or Helen.
We had a great experience staying here. What we were most impressed with was the excellent communication we experienced with the property hosts. The power went out about 30 minutes after we arrived. The hosts stayed in contact with us, provided helpful information about keeping warm, etc. They actually refunded us the night's stay We would definitely stay here again!WAbout 30 minutes
Better clarity for which door to unlock.
Post instructions in the house for checking out.
Should furnish at least 1 washcloth
For each night stay.
Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.
We used the cabin for a much needed weekend getaway. The house was great and was nice and quiet in the woods. We didn't end up heading to the nearby wineries as originally planned and just stayed inside, playing cards and relaxing with no other responsibilities. The entire process was easy from booking to check out. We'll definitely be looking to rent again when we can spend some time in the area. As a small bonus, all of the roads and driveway were paved - which isn't always the case in North Georgia.
I rented this house for the weekend. It’s up off some tight roads in Dahlonega and really dark at night. But during the day it was a nice drive. The house was nice and had some keurig options to have coffee. The bed slept well. Though the TV in the living room cut on its own. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
We were displaced due to a tree falling on our house and a hotel was not an option. This place is awesome. Very homey and comfortable. Aimee was available anytime I contacted her and took care of everything immediately! I would definitely recommend this property to any one needing a place to stay in Dahlonega. We used the fire pit any night when it wasn't raining and the internet here works great. We had family in town for the holidays and having the entertainment room downstairs was extremely convenient. It was well stocked with a variety toys and games.

About the host

Hello there! I am a graduate from UNG in Dahlonega, a wife, mom, and the hostess with the mostest! :) I was a high school literature teacher for 15 years and left the classroom to pursue being a full time mom and host. My dad and I personally own, maintain, and manage the cabin, so no middle people and no rental companies are used on our behalf. This is a family business you are supporting, and we appreciate you very much. I am so excited you are checking out the cabin. Thank you! ~Aimee

Come recharge your batteries in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains!
