Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.Die Wohnung liegt in einer angenehmen, ruhigen Gegend, nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Für vier Personen ist sie zwar eher kompakt, aber wenn man – wie wir – tagsüber viel unterwegs ist, völlig ausreichend.Ein echtes Highlight war der Pool, den wir täglich genutzt haben – besonders an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm.Der Empfang durch Sébastiens Ehefrau war herzlich und unkompliziert. Sébastien selbst war jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und kleine Probleme zuverlässig gelöst.Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung – danke für die schöne Zeit!

Adresse à retenir

Proche de la plage et des commerces. Stationnement très facile autours de la résidence. Nous avons passé deux semaines au top. Balcon avec vue sur la piscine et le parc. Apparemment bien équipé. Vraiment envie d'y revenir. En plus, le propriétaire est très sympa et réactif. A la prochaine !

Emplacement très agréable à 500 mètres de la plage maximum. Cependant, comme il s'agit d'un quartier plutôt résidentiel, il faut un vélo ou une voiture pour faire les courses, mais il est possible de prendre un bus qui longe la mer, ce qui est agréable.

appartement très bien situé

à 1km du centre de Pornichet avec toute commodités, à quelques min à pieds de la plage et avec la piscine dans la résidence, c'est une parfaite adresse. Résidence familiale très bien entretenue et accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et bien exposé avec vue sur les jardins et la piscine. Virginie et Sébastien ont été à l'écoute et accueillants pour parfaire ce séjour.

Séjour agréable

Appartement pratique et propre localisé dans une residence calme avec un piscine que est très bien entretenu. Environ 10 minutes à pied de la centre ville et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont sympas. Recommandé.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appartement très bien situé et très calme, avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 2 ans. Meme si l'appartement de petite taille: un canapé lit et 2 lits superposés dans le couloir; il est très fonctionnel et bien conçu pour une famille. Il y a un beau balcon avec table et chaises et vue sur la piscine et le jardin de la résidence. Notre hôte Sébastien est très accueillant !

Nous avons loué 15 jours cet appartement confortable et pratique avec tout le nécessaire en arrivant Lessive produits vaisselle poudre cacao thé sel poivre huile vinaigre etc un véritable plus après des heures de routes. l’appartement est bien situé à 300 m de la plage et des commerces. Tout peut donc être fait à pied en vélo en skate... Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont eu même la gentillesse de nous ramener des huîtres fraîchement ramassées. A réserver rapidement

Super lieu, location sympa et piscine agréable.

La baule est là lieu sympa et familial. Nous étions près de tout et la location était propre et fonctionnelle. Propriétaires très agréables. Attention cependant au bruit lorsque nous avons des enfants car la copropriété pas forcément aimable.
