Grin & Bear It is a Northwoods themed cabin just steps away from the lake.  Grin & Bear It is located on Log Country Cove property & is managed by Log Country Cove, with 20+ years of 5 star hospitality in the Kingsland Area.  This cabin can sleep up to 8 guests.  Non-motorized items included in your stay.

Guy's weekend at Grin and Bear It

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good weekend. Found the light to be a little dim in the living area. Hot tub would not heat up, it reached a temp in the mid to upper 70s. Tried both nights to heat it, but had not success. Microwave went out on us, but was happy that management brought us a replacement the next day. Overall, we had a good stay at the location.

Log Country Cove is our favorite place to go. The facilities are great, the service and amenities are top notch, and there are a variety of activities for every one.

The coffee pot took over 45 minutes to brew 1 pot & no matches were anywhere to light the grill. These were no biggies and we made it worked. But overall, very nice and beautiful place/ property.

Reviewer Comments: There was one bed that was very soft, two very hard and one just right. This places was decorated by a hoarder. There were at least 100 bear in some form everywhere. In addition there were dust catchers through out the place. The downstairs bathroom had a sink that was so corroded the idea of using it was gross. Also the hot/cold lines were backwards.

TV was messed up and they were there in minutes to fix it. The really need to do some updating in the cabin. The main bathroom shower needs work and the sink should be replaced. Had to borrow cookie sheets and can opener from the neighbors. We also only had one bath towel per bathroom. Had to wash towels the next morning

Grin and Bear It would be a great addition for Cabin Fever if you needed more room. We have stayed at Cabin Fever before and it is an amazing cabin with a detached cabin already. We love staying at Log Country Cove and the staff is ALWAYS wonderful to work with.
