Welcome to our South Lake Tahoe Lakehouse with a stunning lake view, just steps from the beach, hot tub (year-round) and pool (closed Labor Day - Memorial Day). Experience clean, safe, and memorable stays.

Next door to CVS and Heidi's (fantastic breakfast), opposite Safeway, and a 10-min drive/bus to Heavenly California Base, Stateline/Downtown Gondola, and Casinos.

The Space:

3 story townhome with high ceilings and cozy nooks. Lakeland village provides gym, tennis courts, multiple pools and hot tub. Our townhome overlooks the lake, and is right next to the lakeside pool, and a 100' walk to the private Lakeland Resort beach.

Our dedicated professional cleaning team ensures the home is ready for your arrival, focusing on the essentials such as fresh linens, clean surfaces, and well-maintained amenities. As with many cherished homes in natural settings, there might occasionally be slight imperfections like a stray cobweb or dust on high surfaces. We believe these small nuances contribute to the genuine character of a lakeside stay.

While our home offers comfort and quality, our emphasis isn’t on a polished luxury aesthetic, but rather on providing a genuine Tahoe experience. Some of our furniture, though reliable, reflects the charm and history of our home.

My Wife and I fell in love with Lake Tahoe while we were still dating, a fantastic night of beers and laughs at Mcduff's Irish Pub (highly recommend). We purchased a 2nd home in South Lake Tahoe with the hope that we could use it as much as possible and share our love background of fresh mountain air and ski slopes with our children. Sharing our home with you helps us live that dream, so thank you for treating our mountain home with care!

Why they chose this property

Because vacation rental is an important part of how we afford to enjoy Tahoe, we actually had to sell the first home we purchased due to Measure T passing, but buying into Lakeland Resort (a location allowed for vacation rental under the law) was an excellent decision, we love that we can come up and meet new friends in the Hot Tub, and the private beach access provides year round value to our trips.

What makes this property unique

Location is everything, Lakeland resort is situated on Lake Tahoe Blvd, and minutes from skiing and casinos. Our unit has one of the best locations in Lakeland resort, with a wonderful view of the lake off the back porch and right next to the pool.
