Great location

The property is great and we all enjoyed our stay. Just to keep in mind, parking is limited to only 2 cars. There is no BBQ grill, but overall it’s a great location and the kids had a blast.

Snow on the Beach

The view was worth more than the price to stay. The location to everything was unbelievable. Restaurants and groceries in walking distance along with many fun shops. We brought five teenagers and they had a blast playing in the snow on the beach and exploring the neighborhood. The living space was super comfy and the kitchen relatively wellstocked. This would have been a perfect five stars if the beds and pillows were upgraded. We had a wonderful family vacation here.

Average condo with exceptional customer service

THE PROPERTY: The property was average with some updating needed. PROs: - Great set of bathrooms for the number of rooms. - Lots of cooking utensils and cookware. - Backdoor opens right up to the lake. Great for the Summer time. We went in Winter and our family had great access to plenty of snow for snow activities (snowmen building, snowball fights, building your own sledding route) - Comfortable beds - Condo was relatively clean - Parking garage available at no additional cost. 2 parking spaces available. CONs/Room for Improvement: - the air filter hasn’t been changed in awhile so everyone in our group got bad allergies from the dust being blown around. We didn’t know what was causing it until we noticed that our allergies all got worse every time the heater was on. My husband looked at the air filter and it was extremely dirty and full of dust. - Cooking utensils like cutting knives need to be updated for safety. Every cutting knife was not easy to use due to dullness or being broken. - A mat or something by the backdoor for snowshoes or wet shoes (during the summer) would be helpful in keeping the snow/wetness from traveling into the home. - The number of toiletries available. You receive a small travel size container for all toiletries including dish soap. You have the option of driving to the office to get more but is inconvenient since it’s a 5 - 10 min drive from the property. - The heat did not travel evenly throughout the house. The downstairs rooms get very hot while the rest of the house stays cold and gets colder the higher up you go. We tried to find vents for the upstairs room to help get more warmth on the top floor but we’re unable to find any. - There we’re only two extra blankets for a total of 7 beds and since the heat didn’t travel well, most of us did not sleep well… either too hot or too cold. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I would say the best part of the whole experience was the exceptional customer service. They were very responsive and provided great support. I was able to text someone directly which helped a lot for check in and check out. I greatly appreciated how well taken care of we felt. The property needs some minor improvements that can make a big difference in someone’s stay. Hope that this helps future stays!
