Fabulous lake front home in South Rubicon Bay. Wonderful view and location but home needs some TLC for the price. Kitchen well appointed. Great beach out the steps. Home manager responsive and communicates.

Family, Food and Fun

Three days for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving together. The plan was to never leave the house/yard and the house was perfect for that. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, watch TV, play games, eat together and converse. The bedroom layout worked well for our family. And outside there was snow! The kids had a blast building snowmen and sledding down the driveway. Mark was a great host and so easy to communicate with. He answered texts quickly even after arrival. We had a great time!

Great Location - Decent House

Lake Tahoe is a great place to enjoy. The rental was nice but cleanliness and maintenance of the property needs improvement. The dishwasher was not functional and foo residue and broken glass clogged the unit. There are cabinet doors missing in the kitchen area. The communication prior to check in is nearly non-existent. The WIFI was not working when we checked in but the owner did get it up and running on the first day remotely. Overall the trip was good -- but the house needs some work.

Thanks for the feedback... cleaning has been upgraded as we've changed the inspection process.... Yes we had a few cabinet doors ripped off as a bear broke in so waiting on the replacements to arrive... Dishwasher was repaired... Apologize for the assumption of miscommunication we had the wrong email on file.... Again thanks for the feedback we appreciate it.... Mgmt
