Only stayed one night but seemed to be in a good area. 15 mins from Kennedy space center. Pretty clean. Seemed to have everything you would need including beach necessities. The futons listed are actually just couches though.

It was perfect for our needs! Not large, but just right, and cozy. It was so close to the coast that a minute drive will get to a great launch view! It was also very close to the Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island National Park. Couldn’t have been better!
