Old house of 75 m2 on 3 levels (parquet floors, exposed stones and beams), terrace and private garden with private outdoor swimming pool higher up in the property's garden. Access to the indoor heated swimming pool 10 months a year - except July and August.
Composed on the garden level of two bedrooms (11m2 with 1 160x200 bed and 10m2 with 2 90x200 beds), a bathroom, a wc, a landing with a small staircase leading to the 1st where there is the living room (20m2) and the kitchen (17m2) both opening onto the terrace and the private garden, finally into the kitchen, small staircase leading to a bedroom (10m2 with 2 90x200 beds) with a toilet and washing machine -hands.
