About this property

2-bedroom gîte for 5 to 7 people in Sarlat. Heated swimming pool. Free WIFI.

Terraced house of 50 m2, 2 bedrooms, suitable for 2 to 7 people.

Each cottage has a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

You have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows, among which you will find table tennis, swing, volleyball net, petanque, picnic table and pool (open in July and August ) that are shared with other lodgings.

Free WIFI.

We are located ideally 3km from Sarlat and 4km from the beach of Vitrac.

A bus stop is within walking distance of the rental. It goes into the city center of Sarlat (no night).

During your stay, my team is available to provide you with ballad advice, outings, good gastronomic addresses, a pet-sitting service is possible depending on the period.

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we make sure by our management of green spaces to preserve the flora and the fauna by keeping zones "refuges", practicing the late mowing and completely excluding chemical weedkillers and other insecticides.
Regarding cleaning products we are attentive to their composition.

Secteur magnifique à voir il y a beaucoup d'endroits à visiter et de belles randonnées à faire, malheureusement la météo n'était pas favorable. Logement sympathique à l'écart de la ville, coin tranquille, piscine bien entretenue.

Superbe région tout le monde trouve une activité à faire. Le seul point negatif s'il faut en trouver un ce sont les piqûres d'insectes. Prevoir répulsifs. Le logement est parfait. La personne qui nous reçoit est tres gentille et prévenante à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le logement etait propre, rien ne manque. La piscine, la table de ping pong, terrain de pétanque.... superbe séjour. Merci

Bonne emplacement dans des gites à étages donc avec des voisins proches... La piscine est bien entretenue mais beaucoup de monde exterieur au logements ??? Dommage qu'il faille 1 heure de marche pour rejoindre Sarlat Bref un peu cher pour cette location
