With a pool, hot tub, tennis & basketball court, gazebo & grilling area, there is much to relax and enjoy while staying put at your home away from home. The condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, den/dining area, kitchen & washer/dryer. A balcony overlooks beautiful sights of Myrtle Beach and Ocean. The Master Bedroom features King size bed with full bathroom. Second Bedroom features two Queen size beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom and den are equipped with Smart TVs. Clean, comfortable, and just one block from the beach. Great location, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Host was polite, accommodating, and communicative. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment and great host

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and great communication with the host. The apartment is very close to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient with everything you need. The host is also super nice and thoughtful. We loved our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was within walking distance of the Boardwalk but out of the hustle and bustle. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have two small boys, so we had to move a lot of the decorations around so they wouldn’t break them. The location was great. The furniture and decor was a bit outdated but not a problem for us. Would definitely stay again

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, very clean, great view of the Family Fun Park. Washer and dryer were so helpful! The boogie boards/beach umbrella/cooler and sand toys were a wonderful surprise to find! The outdoor pool was also very nice! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Also, the host was super helpful with any questions we had!

Just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach!

Excellent facility with full time residents and renters, all respectful of each other for sharing of the facility, noise at night, and access to the elevator for all requirements. Literally a short street away from the entrance to the boardwalk area beach. Nearby variety of restaurants, take out (Mr Fry - pizza!!) , grocery (Food Lion & Dirty Jimmy’s!), and attractions for the family!

This place was great for our family reunion.

What you see is what you get. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved that it was so close to everything walking distance to beach shops, and restaurants. The night view from the balcony was amazing. It does need some up grades on appliances but loved the retro look. All in All we loved this little place and will try and stay here our next visit. Thank you.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo!! This was our first time in Myrtle beach, and we fell in love!! There was a few hiccups our first night but our host Jodi took care of it very quickly. Shes such a sweetheart. Very easy to get ahold of her if needed. We will definitely stay there again next time. The condo was conveniently located near everything. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great! Everything you could possibly need including an ice cream scoop who was in the condo It was easy to find. Parking was expensive off the property. The rooms were spacious and clean The kitchen was fully equipped The only thing we couldn’t find was a broom, but we vacuumed regularly The owner was very prompt and friendly in answering questions We will definitely come back

I was disappointed with this rental property. The condo is very outdated. The appliances especially the oven need to be updated. We found it very difficult to cook with the oven. Some of the plates seemed like they were unclean. Also there were hairs found on the towels in the bathrooms, bedrooms and refrigerator. Description does not coincide with the actual experience. Disappointing.

Great 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo

Two couples shared this condo in Myrtle Beach for 5 nights. Plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable. Walked over a mile to the CCMF venue and back every night, very safe. The grounds and outside areas of Holiday Towers are well-kept. Quick walk to the beach just across the street. There was ample on-street parking for the second vehicle (and there is a private parking lot run by a local family immediately across the street). Owner was very prompt with communications and responses. Porch was nice to sit on. Residents and other guests were quiet. Very reasonably priced. The Wifi is not secure so best to use your own hotspot. The bedroom facing east does not have darkening shades (just light curtains) so it gets light in there very early in the morning. The interior furnishings are a little dated (except the vinyl plank flooring which looked new).

From the moment i arrived it was issue, starting with the instructions and code not being sent at 4pm. Next when my family and i got into the room it was filthy, trash still in the bins, towels throw all over the floor and tub. Beds not made and sheets unclean. So after i called customer service 3 different times they said the owner would return the cleaning fee being that my wife and i had to spend the first 3 hours after a 4 hour drive after a full day of work cleaning and washing linens. We still did Not get the cleaning fee returned. And anytime i called the owner as well as customer service they would not answer the phone. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in the cleanliness. Renters be aware!

My husband and I have 3 adult sons and 5 adorable grandchildren. We value family so much and have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent together in Myrtle Beach!

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to me. My mother bought the condo many years ago, and it quickly became our home away from home! We used to say when we made that turn headed to the condo, we could feel stress being lifted off our shoulders! It is such a place of refreshment for us. The condo has been completely updated, and now we are wanting to share this special place with others hoping they, too, can find an oasis of rest and relaxation!

What makes this property unique

It's home away from home! Why stay in one motel room when you can stay in a smaller version of home? Two full bedrooms with own bathrooms provide space to spread out. It also has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and washer and dryer. It's location is top notch. Close to most everything, yet tucked away just enough to feel the privacy.

Our grandchildren love to go with us and bring along their Nintendo Switch systems. There are 3 smart televisions in condo as well as free wifi. After a fun day on the beach or at the pool, relax and enjoy the extra space. We love it and hope you do too!

Also, it's great to take advantage of grilling dinner by the poolside. We love to let our grandchildren play in the pool, while one of us watches them, and the other grills our food. There is a beautiful gazebo outside by the pool to relax and tables outside to eat.

Our condo is also the perfect place to be each Wednesday evening for the firework show. You can see them from our balcony or even while in the pool. It's a great advantage to our location.
