The house was amazing! Super cute and clean! Had a great space for our family to relax and enjoy each other’s company! The pool was great and the outdoor space we were able to really spread. Beautiful landscape and our host Hilary was also wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The beds were super comfy. We spent every afternoon just sitting out by the pool, reading and enjoying each other’s company. Hilary was very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for providing a space for our family. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back!

Perfect for a quick getaway

This home is amazing. Clean, comfortable, and stylish. The house is well stocked. Bed are comfortable. Multiple lounge chairs to easily position yourself in the sun. I will definitely book another vacation in this home. My only recommendation would be to add a hot tub for those cool nights☺️. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Beautiful and spacious

We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting our son at ASU. The house is spacious with a great floorplan and beautiful decor. The house has everything we needed. The host was very accommodating. The pool and patio are lovely and private with lots of lounging areas. Our only disappointment was that the pool temp was a little too cool in November even though the air temp reached 90 deg each day. Perhaps a pool cover might help. Other than that everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this property!

Ironman 70.3 2020 Girls Trip

Our group of 5 athletes had an amazing time here! The house and property had everything we needed and then some! This corner property is very private. We had no reason to leave (other than to race). Would definitely love to stay here again - for race or family vacation. Because it’s the year of COVID, we didn’t go out and about but location seemed close to many things to do. Hilary was great to deal with!!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving in this home the kitchen was the perfect size (cooking for 6). Easy walk for groceries, Dutch and a nice little brew pub. Thanks for sharing your home!

Absolutely Fabulous!

We loved this home! Visiting for our son's graduation from ASU. Everything is as pictured and better. The open floor plan and view to the pool is spectacular. Great place to relax and enjoy. It was equipped with all the comforts of home. We could even watch our favorite show GOT! I really can't say enough about this home. Hilary was so accommodating. We will be back.

Why they chose this property

This is the ideal centrally located home to be close to downtown Tempe, ASU, Gammage Theater and waterfront. Minutes to all four freeways, Old Town Scottsdale and close to hiking. This home is very well stocked, super relaxing and immaculately clean.

What makes this property unique

This home is really cool--Big windows that overlook the swimming pool, lots of areas to relax, dine and hang out. Big, open kitchen with modern sleek design. Mid-Century home with fun details!
