Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 15h, departure at 10h.
5 Adults maximum.
Charming house in a private residence with swimming pool. Separated from the ocean by the forest, with direct access to the bike paths that take you to the fine sand beaches in 10 minutes, the city center is 15 minutes by bike always by the bike path. The residence is pedestrian, a personal parking is available at the entrance. We put at your disposal, a caddy to carry your stuff (shopping, etc ...). Space, nature, tranquility in the park. You will enjoy the heated pool from May, sunbathing, and the covered terrace of the house (barbecue, deckchair). Ideal for nature lovers and hikers, the GR is in direct access to discover the vast and verdant forest of the countries of the mountains. Bike rental on site.
The house offers all the comfort with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 on the ground floor and 2 beds of 90 on the floor), bathroom with a bath, sofa bed, television 81cm, covered terrace, recent garden furniture 8pers, 2 sunbathing and electric barbecue. The kitchen is new in 2016 and fully equipped to new: Nespresso, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils.
The interior has been redone in 2018.
Private parking.

On request we provide high chair and cot.
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant, a cleaning deposit of 100 € (not cashed), will be requested on arrival.
Possibility to provide linen (sheets) and towels.

Nice little holiday home in pleasant grounds.

Nice two bed house in the grounds of a tree shaded resort. Not huge, but big enough for a holiday break. Easy access to bike trails in the nearby forest. The beach and town are a short ride away. The owner was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Résidence tranquille

Petite maison mitoyenne très bien tenue dans une résidence tranquille, sans voiture, idéale pour les enfants avec piscine chauffée. Bon emplacement pour faire les balades à vélo, surtout que le loueur de vélo est à la sortie de la résidence et l'accès immédiat aux pistes cyclables dans les forets de pins qui mènent aux plages (2,5 kms pour la + proche). Par contre les plages sont assez urbaines et ne sont pas bordées par la foret. Il n'y a aucune couverture internet et les appels telephoniques passent mal à l'intérieur. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et la boite à clefs sécurisée permet une arrivée ou départ facilité.

Vacances en famille à Saint-Jean-de Monts

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines de vacances en famille. La location est idéalement placée : forêt, plage, centre ville... Location de vélos à proximité. Très bien équipée, terrasse très agréable avec barbecue. Située dans une résidence calme et très bien entretenue ; grande piscine chauffée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prévenants.

Très belle semaine en pays de Monts

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans la location de Mr et Mme BROSSEAU. La maison est vraiment idéale pour un couple et 2 enfants. La propreté était parfaite à notre arrivée ce qui est rare pour être précisé. Literie au top. Equipements également. Terrasse couverte très appréciable en cas de mauvais temps. Pas de vis à vis. Résidence sans voiture fait que aucune nuisance sonore n'a été ressentie. Piscine chauffée au TOP. Propriétaires très avenants et accueillants. En résumé, NOUS REVIENDRONS avec plaisir.

Very nice and calm holiday ressort

The house is as we expected, in accordance with description. All necessary equipment (for a holiday) is available. The house is well oriented to the south, and you have a lot of privacy. A warm welcome by the owners. One thing missing: wifi internet connection in the house (as the mobile network is very weak)

Séjour excellent, parfait

Location idéale pour des vacances parfaites. Pas de vis à vis pour déjeuner et farniente dans le petit jardin. Une piscine et des terrains de jeux inclus dans cette résidence sécurisée...les voitures ne circulent pas dans la résidence. Les pistes cyclable à la sortie de la résidence tout comme le loueur de vélos. Les propriétaires sont très disponible et discret, un très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour terminer la visite de cette belle région.
