We had a fantastic stay at this property and hated to leave! Accommodations were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Anis and Carla met us when we arrived to ensure a smooth check in and gave us a few recommendations (Guido’s for dinner was a home run! We ate there twice!). Pool and hot tub were great and the store downstairs was a plus. We plan to return to Cozumel and we would stay here again without question!

Beautiful accommodation and an incredible view with a spacious outdoor balcony. We appreciated the filtered/purified water dispenser and the parking lot made it easy to travel in and out. It’s a great spot if you love snorkeling or hitting South beaches, too. Host was very responsive and friendly (thanks Anis!). Would definitely stay here again!

Large condo with everything you need. Even snorkeling gear, floats for the pool. Excellent equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Large balcony on the side of the building. But you have a nice water view and great view of the cruise ships. You are away from the noise of The Money Bar across the street, that has live entertainment most nights. Great place and would again.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. The condo is extremely well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Anis was extremely helpful and courteous. Awesome place with Great View

We have traveled quite a bit and this place had a view that was second to none. The place was very clean a spacious and the rooftop patio topped it off. Our family had a fantastic time and will certainly come back.

Beautiful property right across the street from a beach bar and restaurant and lounge chairs on the sandy beach. The VRBO owners were excellent about communicating. Everything we needed was right there in this gorgeous condo. Can't wait to go again!

The open air was wonderful!

We Absolutely love staying in the condo! We have stayed in the bottom condo once before and decided to try to upgrade to the top and the open air area did not disappoint! Anis and all were wonderful to deal with and I can’t wait to come back!!
