Recent air-conditioned villa (2011) ideal for 6 people on large, quiet plot with octagonal above-ground swimming pool (7.5m by 3.75m). Living room of 33m2 with fully equipped kitchen, wifi, television with TNT, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate wc. Outside table, barbecue, trampoline, swing.
Located 600m from the center of the village of Lecci where you will find bakery, tobacco, grocery store, doctors, restaurants, hairdresser, info point, bowling alley and 12km from the town of Porto-Vecchio. Very beautiful beaches nearby (St Cyprien, Pinarellu) but also river (Le Cavu with its natural pools) and our beautiful mountains with their hikes (Ospedale, Bavella, GR20 from Conca).

Perfect stay! The house, and especially the garden and pool were amazing. Close to all the beautiful sites (Bonifacio and white sandy beaches) The hosts were very welcoming and answered any question we had. Als great tip to go the market in Lecci on wednesday! Very large market.

Au calme mais proche des plages !

Super séjour dans une villa très agréable avec un coin piscine très bien aménagé qui invite à la détente à l'ombre d'une pergola et d'un olivier. Nous avons adoré notre passage dans cette location dans laquelle il ne manque rien et les propriétaires sont très accueillants, arrangeants et disponibles si besoin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Garten und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder war die Villa und die Umgebung ideal. Das Haus war eines der Besten, welches wir bis jetzt gemietet haben. Superbe séjour à LECCI

Belle maison très agréable, bien agencée et équipée, avec un grand séjour, une belle terrasse pour des repas extérieurs et une autre bien ombragée par la végétation au niveau de la piscine. Les propriétaires qui habitent quelques maisons plus loin sont aussi discrets que disponibles, et leur accueil très chaleureux. Beatiful house with drawback

We spent 2 weeks in this great house. It is very beautiful located with a view on the mountains, near to awesome beaches, and it is very good equipped. Nevertheless the house had a huge drawback for us. The owners hunting dog and another dog live on the adjacent property with a free passage to the property of the holiday home. As a consequence the dogs come and go around the holiday home as they like and especially the big dog doesn’t react on any commands. So as our kids are afraid of dogs, they were really stressed a lot during the holidays. The dog wasn't whistled back until our kids started screaming. While the owners wanted to take care of the problem, nothing really happened. Then they said they couldn’t prevent the dogs from passing by, and the ad would state that the property isn’t closed – still haven’t found that information. We would never have expected to stay with dogs in a holiday home that doesn’t allow animals and we would never have chosen this house if we have had this information. Moreover, after out arrival we had to remove several dog excrements from the children’s playground. Not really what we understand under child-friendly.

A comment in line with the behavior of these tenants who harassed us at every opportunity. It would have been wiser for them to go to a residence or a building. Surprised and disappointed to read so many lies among other excrement on the playground of children. I think other tenants before them would have thought of it.

Belle maison proche plage

Très belle maison, tout confort, bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Idéal en famille, piscine sécurisé très appréciable avec 2 petites filles de 1an et demi et 3 ans. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponible si besoin. Je recommande ce logement 👍

La Corse tranquille

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison d’une propreté impeccable. Tout le confort y est pour passer des vacances avec un grand V. Très bon séjour dans une Région magnifique

Merci à Savéria et Vincent pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Quelques petites attentions locales (apéro, petits gâteaux...) nous attendaient à notre arrivée: très sympa ! La maison est conforme au descriptif et très agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis très vite comme à la maison. Elle est idéalement située dans cette magnifique Région de Corse du Sud, toute proche de très belles plages (St Cyprien, Pinarellu, Pallombaggia, Santa Giulia,...), de rivières avec leurs piscines naturelles. On rejoint Porto Vecchio en 15-20 mns, Bonifacio en moins d'une heure. Magnifiques ballades et randonnées à faire dans la forêt de l'Ospédale, le massif de BAVELLA, tous proches également. Super sejour

Un tres bon séjour dans cette maison très bien equipee. La piscine très agréable est un plus non négligeable. La maison est au calme mais près des plus beaux endroits à visiter. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et soucieux que nous passions un bon séjour. A notre arrivée boissons fraîches et spécialités corses nous ont Été offertes encore merci nous recommandons cette location sans problème.
